Searching everwhere for pilot injectors for an old Main gas cooker came up a blank until I tried GBP. They kindly sent me a trial item to check for fit and thread size. Yippee - spot on! Bought four.

I ordered the part at 4.30 pm, and it was delivered the next afternoon at exactly the stated time slot. Also, the price was the cheapest I found online.

I needed a part that is obsolete According to the makers and knew that if
I could see the part, I would be able to see if I could modify it to fit. I was able to find an electrode on you system, I bought it altered to fixing and fitted successfully. Thank you colin.

My boiler is very old and the plumber I use said it was obsolete, however your website listed the part which was delivered the next day ... excellent service!! However my plumber now tells me that the part is incorrect and is quoting for a complete new system. Not being a plumber I am unsure whether he is correct, is there any way I can check?

Delivery was spot on. However, one would expect replacement fibre washers with such an expensive item.

Had to replace a control cover, after being told by a few companies the part was discontinued I did find a few online gas boiler parts being the cheapest,ordered 2 pm and was delivered 9 am following morning as promised excellent service.

We deal with lots of suppliers and had a problem finding this particular part for a old swimming pool boiler.
After a couple of let downs with other suppliers I came across Boiler Spares who had the part in stock and would dispatch that day and be with me before 10am tomorrow if required. I ordered on a before 5pm delivery and got it before 10 next day, which threw me into complete shock, especially when we usually get some excuse and a delivery a couple of days later.
