Had problem when out of control wife managed to suck the slider out of the c/h controller with the vacuum cleaner. Went on line to discover the controller had been replaced by potterton EP2
Online I found this part was available from Gas Boiler Parts with next day delivery, good news at this time of year, I ordered the part and paid online which was easy but after ordering I found I would be out that day so online I delayed it by one day. The courier changed the day and even gave me a one hour time slot

I needed new switches for Mums boiler so I went on line and found this company. I couldn't find the part I needed so I phoned. The man was very helpful, he identified the parts I needed and gave me the code number advising me to order on line as I would save money. I was annoyed with my self as somehow I had ordered 2 instead of 1 but as it wasn't expensive , I thought I couldn't be bothered to waste time getting it changed. Then the phone rang and the man said did you realise you ordered 2 when you only need 1. I explained it was my mistake and he said don't worry I will only send 1 and refund the other to your credit card. He could have kept quiet but didn't so not only did I get good service I saved some money. Thanks.

I needed a replacement heating programmer controller at a competitive price with fast delivery.
