Excellent
Excellent. Very efficient tracking website to see when the truck pulls up. Exchange of gas bottles done in seconds. Driver helped to bring heavy bottles to the door.

Poor service
Package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 24th but didn't arrive . I took the day off for this . Royal mail said they would deliver on the Wednesday but I couldn't take another day of so I changed it to Monday 30th .
They delivered on Wednesday 25th .They left the package outside my locked gates on a main Road in the rain . When I got home hours later the package was soaking wet. I'm really surprised it was still there . Very poor service

Great service
Having spent several days looking around for a new patio gas bottle, I finally found this company. Very easy ordering process and with delivery in only a few days (non urgent), I can only recommend this company as a go to for gas. I certainly will continue to use them for refills etc

Great delivery
The driver delivered promptly. He followed the collection instructions and left the gas bottles as instructed. He delivered within the time frame and provided evidence of the delivery.

Delivery driver unhelpful.
I asked the delivery guy to place the cylinder just inside the main door and he refused. Would only place it inside the porch. The difference was literally a few feet! This has never happened before!

We have spoken with the driver and it seems there was some miscommunication during the delivery. Our drivers aim to be helpful while also following safety guidance when placing cylinders.
