My order was supposedly delivered to me, don't know whose benefitting from it but it's not be! Now reported to trading standards as no response to my emails and they e taken my money 😡

I bought a skin care kit from an Instagram ad and it says it's been delivered to a totally different town let alone address.
I have contacted them twice by email and had no response.
Track my order on the website does not work strangely enough.
I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Do not buy from them.

Order never arrived they said they delivered it to a false name i have tried to contact them no answer then tried to get in touch with the person who recommended it on tictoc and he’s ignoring me to mark on right guys

If I could give them a 0 I would, delivered item to wrong address and not responding to emails! I think they are a scam company!

Ordered a fan 26th May still nothing never heard a thing so I sent them some emails still nothing wrong are a month in shit company to deal with surprised they even have 1 star

Absolute crooks!! One star as 0 wasn’t an option! Messaged them loads, my parcel has been delivered to somewhere but not to me, not even the same country - delivered in England I’m in Scotland - they are ignoring messages so have basically stole from me 😡

If I could do minus stars I would, looks like a scam, as with another customer shows as delivered to an address in Liverpool and signed for by s rolake, I am just outside glasgow. E-mailed 3 times to try to get my goods or a refund, no response after 30 days did a chargeback via my bank to get money back, thus company then e-mailed me to say my membership has been cancelled due to charge back. I would suggest if you have used this mob get a chargeback done and get ur money back.

Looks like scammer company just get refund back from your bank due to fraud spread the word

I ordered goods and did not receive them. I contacted gasly twice and did not hear back from them.

Package did not arrive. Delivered “down south” to a D.David. Even though delivery address is the North East.
Emails sent me have had no response. Absolutely shocking wouldn’t even be worth the 1Star

Item apparently delivered and signed for to "A.GORDON" in London. I live on the other side of the country!
Sent emails/screenshots had zero response and there's no other way to contact.

Item delivered to derby apparently by fedex. No one responds to emails and you don’t receive your items.

Please do not order from this site. It’s a scam. Cheap prices to make you buy. The products never turn up & there’s no customer service or after service.

No reply. No comeback. Thankfully I only lost £19

Would give zero it’s a scam .. they don’t reply you don’t get your items I’m thinking of reporting to Trade and Standards do not touch

If I could put 0 stars I would! Total scam, my parcel is in Surrey, my address is Rotherham! No answer to emails, no answer to calls! Thank God it was ONLY £40! But to some people that is a lot of money. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
