Mo has been excellent. Resolved all our problems at a very good price. He was meticulous in leaving the house clean and a tidy after he left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Excellent service
Imran was professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. He was able to give clear directions over the phone concerning the issue with the boiler and immediately, everything was back to normal: we had hot water.

Amazing service from Gasnelec.
My boiler broke on a Monday and I had no one to fix it. I was worried about the cost and who to use. I looked on Checkatrade and found Gasnelec engineers. Within one hour I had Mos round to look at the boiler free of charge. By the next day I had a comprehensive list of my options. By the Friday I had a new boiler fitted! I have to say that on the day Mos worked tireless all day to get the job done. Very polite young man and tidy workmanship.
Gasnelec have been superb from the time I contacted them until the boiler was fitted. Good communication and reasonable prices. No pushing, just sound advice on what was right for me. I am so pleased and relieved I found Gasnelec and I will be using them for all my future boiler and plumbing needs. So nice and reassuring to find such a trustworthy company. I totally recommend 100%. Dont hesitate to use this company. You wont be disappointed!
