Configuration wrong, followup ignored
I used GateCrafters for the ability to talk to an expert before ordering $5K of equipment for two gates. Unfortunately, Elvin missed expansion boards needed for loop detection, but included push brackets not required. Then they called for an $80 shipping uplift without reason. Not terrible but they ignored followup email to add/exhchange items, and then said the return period expired.

Great products but not the best web presence
You guys have great products based on YouTube research but the website really feels very dated and at first sketchy. It could use a fleshing up and a bit more intuitive layout. I am not wanting to disrespect you guys I just think your web presence does not reflect you quality of products. I hope this message is not taken with offense but just good wishes to you guys

Our website may not feel as modern or polished as others, but we focus heavily on keeping our product information accurate, detailed, and up to date. For us, making sure customers have the right information, reliable products, and competitive pricing has always been the top priority.
We’ve been in the industry for over 15 years, and while we do make updates, they don’t always happen as quickly or visibly as we’d like. A big part of that is because our system is built around housing a large amount of technical information that can’t easily be moved to a new platform without risking disruption to our customers.
That said, your feedback is absolutely valid, and we are continuing to look for ways to improve the user experience while keeping the depth and accuracy of information our customers rely on. We appreciate the support and the thoughtful suggestion.
