Ich glaube dass hier viele aus Frust schreiben und von den zufriedenen Kunden nur wenige.
Ich habe ausschließlich gute Erfahrungen mit Gate im ETU Bereich. Das Aster ist unschlagbar in vielerlei Hinsicht. Hatte bisher nur 1x ein Problem, wobei der Kundenservice nach 30 Minuten geantwortet hat. Problem war innerhalb eines Tages geklärt, wobei mein alter Akku das Problem war, nicht die Technik.

Lieferzeit nach Deutschland ist ca 1 bis 1,5 Wochen. Es kam auch schon Mal nach 5 Tagen. Das Zeug kommt aus Polen Leute, entspannt euch mal.

Ich persönlich bin ein absoluter Fan vom Aster. Das Aster bietet einfach das Beste Preis Leistungsverhältnis im ganzen Markt, insbesondere durch die vielen verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zum Programmieren. Vielen Dank und weiter so!

Jestem właścicielem Astera BT, aster, Titan, silnika oraz akcesoriów do Gearboxa, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, idealnie przemyślane konstrukcje, podchodzą bez zbędnego przerabiania. Kontakt z serwisem oraz ich pomoc po gwarancyjna jest bezproblemowa i szybka. Polecam każdemu graczowi ASG.

I had a couple of Software and now Hardware issues. Software issues where on me, Hardware was very unlucky.
Everytime a Discord Support Member helped me out in 1-3 days.
Very good support experience.

I had a problem with my new Pulsar D one of the cylinder was leaking. I opened a ticket and got an email response in 2 days with instructions to disassemble and reassemble the said cylinder and it fixed the problem. I followed the instructions for how to open a tech support request in detail and also included a video clip of the gearbox with the audible leaking sound.
The instructions to fix the issue was straight forward and helped resolve the issue. Thanks Agata Sikora for your assistance.

I have ordered a mosfet through this website. They advertise that the time to shipment is 1-4 working days. I wrote to them on the fifth day as they still couldn't send me the tracking number. Customer service told me they can ship the product next week. The product arrived after 4 weeks. Unacceptable.

No reponse from customer service after 1 week.

Bought ETU + aluminium cnc gearbox both retail over 250€ in total.

Issue with gearbox is that it came with very poor hex screws. 3rd time opening the gearbox one screw already striped and is stuck. Only finger tight. Totally unaccetable for gearbox that costs over 150€.
