You get a call center that promises to go out and quote the work sameday. I have called for 3 days and they keep saying a manager will call me back. Haven't gotten a call back. They refuse to transfer me to anyone for help.
Rookie mistake to not read reviews BEFORE scheduling. I like to get a few quotes for home projects. WELL, as another review stated (thank you, btw), this is NOT a company. Your information is given to local (most likely NOBODYS) and you’re rolling the dice giving your trust to an unknown individual. I was told someone would be out for an estimate on Thursday. I got a call (broken English speaker) and was RUSHED to give my address before fully understanding my issue. Sent pics of my gate…ZERO response!! The next day I get a text (verbatim) “let’s do new schedule for next week what butter day for you”. I responded and asked for any day that I wouldn’t be rescheduled yet again. NO RESPONSE!! FOUR DAYS later (I had secured two other quotes by then) comes a text “I’m b there today afternoon”. Please DO NOT trust this website with your information. NO CLUE what will (or won’t) show up at your door. The website easily fooled me into thinking it’s legit.
I made an appointment 11/23/25 for 9-11 am but Gate Repair Pro was a no show. What a waste of my time. I called them towards the end of my scheduled appointment window to get an ETA. I was told a would get a call back with ETA but no one called. About an hour after my appointment window I called again and was told that a manager would call me in 3-5 minutes to help manage my case. No call once again. Do not bother with this company.
This is not an actual company. This is a referral they basically give you information out to someone that they have no clue about do not use this company and the person that called me back I didn't know who it was and I'm asking him how can I help you he doesn't know where this so-called company is located rude illiterate and disrespectful so I advise anyone reading this do not use this company very rude the customer service is rude and they're not forefront because they don't have a physical location. If you want your information rotated to strangers you don't know if their license or not and potentially around the world for anyone get your information then be my guest if not don't use these people
