Dont work for them - walk away
I have been with this company for 1 year and 1 month. Saved up money to buy a house in Amesbury and work 1 min away from the warehouse, asked them 2 weeks prior to completing if their contract with the warehouse was all ok and I had nothing to worry about in terms of employment and they said nothing to worry about. When i get my keys and complete on my house i am given a redundancy notice. Also found out recently that as far back a year ago when I got my job here that they had plans in place to end their operation and make everyone redundant, but there was no mention of this fact. They are a sly and a bunch of narcs. Once I handed in my notice to leave they instantly changed their attitude towards me and started to talk to me like crap, gave me the worst deliveries to complete out of that warehouse. They also have forced DEI courses they make you do which has imaging that is blatanty racist towards white men. On multiple occasions they would also ignore overtime done and try to leave it to last minute for the drivers to continously phone up to complain about it and push them to add it onto payroll to make sure they are paid what they are owed - they try bank on drivers not realising / forgetting so they dont have to pay us as much. Avoid at all costs. Horrible company to work for.
