Easy online access for buying and selling. Very confident of security at the vault storage.

I emailed twice with no response to ship my gold. I waited two weeks and decided to call. I was quoted shipment costs of $1,000. A week later I asked for an update and got another quote for $3,400. Big difference. I asked them cancel the shipment until I decide to sell and have not heard back.

I have been able to control my purchases and sales efficiently. The website is easy to maneuver. I like the storage relationship with Brinks and the ease and speed of closing transactions. I had some of my PM mailed to me and they arrived on time and I was pleased with the product delivered.

Navigating the site is easy. Idid have a problem in that I had funds available that were not used to pay my storage fees. I was informed my fees were unpaid so I quickly had funds transferred to my account' That's when I realized I had funds in my account before I did the transfer.

I am very pleased with all aspects of HAA. I would suggest only minor changes to the statements: adding in costs basis and value increase or decrease.

For non-IRA account: Prices and cost are clear, support is prompt and knowledgeable.
But, based on experience several years ago: their IRA partner is awful -- I would not have anything to do with that organization.

Working with HAA has been simple and intuitive. It is a useful platform to use to accumulate physical precious metals.

The purchase process is simple and problem free. Buy prices are above going rates, however, the mark-ups may be typical. Have not experienced the selling process yet.

Easy to work with. Transaction setup was simple, accurate and money transfers were always on time. Good online reports showing balances and past/current activities.
