GB Liners Self Storage Opiniões

Although I found the rental increasingly difficult to support. Both Corinna and Mike in the office were great and very supportive and were very helpful when I left.

Very good personal service and clear communication. Easy access, whilst also seemingly safe and secure.

We needed a storage unit to help us clear and renovate my father's house we only wanted a month or maybe so didn't want a long term contract
We told them the size we needed and within two days we had rented
Lisa was lovely and always welcoming when we came in and the place was always clean. It was super easy to cancel as well just had to tell them what date

They aren't super expensive and only require a two week minimum rental

Lovely team of people, good units

Polite, easy to deal with.

The Brighton team delivers exemplary customer service. I can’t rate them highly enough. Their level of professionalism coupled with on site practical help and support is second to none. My thanks in particular to Corrina and Mike who made everything so easy.

Clean building and units,,all staff pleasant and helpful,,would recommend

Great Service, Highly recommended!

Ideal facilities and easy access to and from store room

All good. Very simple to use. The Brighton branch is very conveniently located and the staff super helpful.

Great storage facilities and great home movers also

What a great experience. This was first time using a storage facility and I can't imagine it gets any better than GB liners. Firstly, all good experiences are due to people and the staff at GB Liners are fantastic from start to finish. The facility itself is in a prime spot, with easy access and was very clean. If I need future storage needs I will definitely be using GB Liners. Thank you for everything.

Helpful, approachable team. Clear prices and smooth billing system. We were also able to upsize and downsize units as required with ease.

I used GB Liners Self Storage in Brighton when I was moving out of the country after my graduation. I needed something flexible, with no 3 or 6 months in advance payments, as I didn't know how long I'll have to keep my belongings in a storage unit. GB Liners offered the best value for money at the time, so I opted for them. After a previous stint with Big Yellow, the other big competitor in the area, I was surprised at how much more straightforward everything seemed at GB Liners. This left me pleasantly surprised and guaranteed that in my next venture into the market for self storage options, I'd once again go for GB Liners. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding, even when I had to move out "remotely" (I was thousands of miles away). With that said, the only reason I'm not giving it a full 5 stars, as much as I want to, has to do with the facilities I personally used. The unit itself was great, clean, well-ventilated. But getting to it was quite hard. The staircase was quite wobbly and hardly supported more than a person, and the elevator was a bit too convoluted. Also, it is nearly impossible to find anything more than very short term parking in front of the offices and units, so keep that in mind if you are planning on using it for large and heavy items that would require more time. However, it is in the centre, so at least it's easy to get to if you need to keep an eye on your things every once in a while. Overall, great solution for my storing troubles!

Moving house and had to use self storage, 75ft and then a smaller one some months later
The process was smooth and simple and the lockers were easily accessible in the opening times. Customer service and accounts were always punctual and available if I needed to contact.
Overall a good experience, would use again if the needed

Very good service with friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly, flexible, secure, always staff on site to help

Both Mike and Corunna are very friendly and professional. It was well organised and easy access to the lock up.
