First of all I kindle request that Trust pilot add negative stars to the rating options. This website , is probably the worst business that ever existed in any where in the world, saying its a scam ios too Generous. I submitted an unused still sealed Apple Gift card valued at $100 along with purchase receipt, right away i got email confirming the3 submission and referrence number.after about 24 hours i decided to check status. first alarming thing. my account that i created on their portal. did not exist. so i talk to chatbot Leo, which by the way as intelligent or helpful as a Retarded parrot, who keeps repeating same thing, asking same questions. who told me that he located the Ref# and payment has been submitted , i should check with my bank.
after checking there was no payment, i wrote an email to operations, who replied back that they were finally able to lcate my submission and its under review.
. next daqy i wrote another email to check status, no response, this morning i went on website and Leo the chatbot said , he does not see any recird with that Referrence number ( sameone who told me it was paid) he is transfering me to live agent oliver grant, i been infront of computer for 6 hopurs now, no response., the listed company number 302-406-7814 is either BOGUS or disconnected, still waiting on payment

Scam company. They completely robbed me. I’m trying to follow up with law enforcement. Card was wiped clean same day. Generic response when email or live chat. Scam scam scam.

Absolute scam. SCAMMMM PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. Literally told everyone about this cause tell me why my order GCCE-C4D6BF-F1BE was literally submitted 4 days ago and everyone was saying nah don’t trust them they a scam website and I did it anyway and please if your reading this don’t fall into this trap omg I swear. 100% a scam website as most reviews say. They drain the funds and not give you a dime. The good reviews on here are most likely made up. Don't believe their replies saying they paid out, they are liars and trying to appear as a legitimate business. Be careful, there are many scam websites, and this is definitely one of them.

Big mistake. I wish I had these reviews before submitting my card. GC Circle drained the value on my card and gave no payout. It has been over 2 days now. Save yourself some trouble and do not do business with this organization.

I submitted a 200$ gift card under reference gcce-784623-6427. The verification took a few hours longer than expected but the payout was completed successfully later the day. Tracking page was helped me keep an eye on the progress.

So it’s been about three days and I still have not received no money no email back. My gift card is at zero so I truly advise everybody not to use this site. I wish I would read the reviews properly before I even did this and I’m going to do a Google review too a yelp review. I’m gonna do a review for everything so everybody know if we see this I don’t use it. I now owe someone $60 cause I told them I was gonna be able to help them get something that I now see. I should’ve probably done my research before opening my mouth. I’m really going to figure out how to get these people sued or locked up cause they need to be prosecuted choose a full extent, and I hope they are in a death sentence state because something really needs to give. This is not right.

I haven’t received any emails despite sending 3 and trying to talk to the “human” chatbot. I’ve already submitted a claim with the BBB. I’ve contacted my uncle who is a LAWYER. This website will be shut down effectively for investigation. Too many people have been scammed. But you guys just scammed the wrong one. Hope you learn a lesson.

Update: it’s been almost a month. No updates. No replies. Despite numerous emails. Calls. Chats. This is ridiculous. They literally stole $200 from me and are getting away with it.

This website is a complete scam, they stole all the money off my gift card . I recently just submitted a Nordstrom gift card , they gave me my reference number. Then a day later when I tried to check the status there was no record of my order anywhere on the app , but all of the money on my gift card was gone .

If you've read the other reviews, mine is the same story. FAKE/SCAM !!!!!!! I am beside myself at the way this "company" handles business. I've been robbed as well and just to add to the same story one more detail, I was able to dig up the "company phone number" and I know you can hardly contain yourselves, but guess what?!? INVALID!!! No response from emails, no movement in cue, nothing! So now, it's time to draft something for the FTC, BBB, FBI, and any other fraud investigators I can find. I'm also going to post this on EVERY platform on any message board, and by my word of mouth (I know people everywhere). It's not just about feeling violated by being robbed, it's about everyone reading this. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this, ever.

UPDATE : my fef number is GCCE-BCECAE-0DAB and it would have been nice if someone would just take 2 minutes to tell me what is happening.
2nd UPDATE : I find that very interesting and hard to believe because your bot was able to give me updates whenever I enquired using that reference number. I will email the email and again include the reference number.

It’s been two days and still no movement at all. Unresponsive to emails, chat, everything.

Been going on three days not a email nothing I can’t even log into to track my cards put two on there for Best Buy and have received a penny this is a scam

Awful. Feels like a scam. Says “typically 8 hours for approval” it’s been going on 3 days. I’ve emailed several times, with no response. The chat constantly tells me it’s getting a real person conducted to the chat, and NEVER gets one. I sold $350 worth of cards to this site and I plan to call the local news station and have them investigate this if I do not get a response or my payout within the next 48 hours. This is insane.

I did get paid, less then quote and it wasn't with in 24 hours. The way they say it works wasn't how it worked with me. 4 days to get paid out and no answer to my emails until I wrote on here:

That is exactly my problem with you: the Spa and Wellness card was rejected instantly, and regarding the other two—valued at $500 USD—it took you four days to get back to me, only for it to turn out that they are empty. I am 100% certain that I shared the information for those cards with no one but you. I purchased them just last week, and I have the receipts. That is precisely why I was trying to contact you so urgently—because of your delayed response, and because I checked the balances and found that they are already at zero.

They took the money off my gift card within minutes, 24 hours later still have not gotten response from anything other than an AI bot. When I check my status, it says it's not a valid submission. Phone number doesn't work and there is no business by the name GC Circle at their posted address. I reported them to the store my gift card was from and they are working to cancel the card they purchased with my money and the store was also kind enough to replace my gift card. I have reported the site to the FTC, and will continue to leave reviews on every possible platform. I hate thief!!
