I've been using Gcore for over 3 months now, I can tell every week we get an error and we should restart our servers to make them accessible. For the last time, There was an `initram` issue that we could solve by rebooting the server, and it needed recovery mode to fix the problem.
I've contacted support and sure! they going to take more than 10 days to respond.
Just stay away from this company they have no SLA no Support no Nothing.

We are a video game development company. We have clients worldwide, so we need a stable and fast infrastructure. Colleagues recommended GCore to us, and so far, our expectations are being met. There are no issues with speed, uptime is excellent, and the technical support is always ready to help.

Terrible company, service and support. Today my server was shut down at 02:00 without any warning. Closer to dinner, the second server was turned off and access to the office was blocked. Recovery doesn't work. There is no support!
I lost 1700 euros. And I received such a service after 2 years of cooperation with gcore.
Bypass them. These are scammers

I already knew I would use the G-core CDN, as my friends had recommended it to me. So, when buying a plan, I selected free 300 GB of traffic. I like everything. Tariffs arent overpriced, unlike other providers and there are many PoPs. Service and support are great

Errors and no Support
Support team says they don't give a Support to Free 14 days package. Every Free package customer is also real customer for all services. If there is an errors how can user obtain this CDN is work properly or not?
The way to Subscribed Customer comes from Free package, but free package have errors that customer can not fix and can not get support. LOL!

Paid for a few servers annually. Blocked me without reason and didn't refund any amount of $

Im an individual, I have bought 10 linux VPS in different countries, they were all delivered in 5 minutes. Performance is excellent I have never had any problem with anything and they are offering IPv4 + IPv6 with unmetered bandwith in some countries. When I sent tickets to the support, I always got an answer in the next hour which is the most fast customer support I have seen in my life. They gave me the answer/solution to my problem very easily.
I definitly recommend to use this host, its a 10/10.
I have seen a hundred different hosts for servers and none of them reach the level of this company.

One thing I didn't like though is the web interface (on hosting, not the main website) which is very ugly and sometimes not intuitive. It looks like a very old interface from the year 2008. You can find what you are looking for but this is a point that they should improve in the future.
And the payment is not possible by month, you have to pay by usage by day. Neither of these two points blocks the use.

A year ago, during the start of the pandemic, my online growth increased significantly. As a consequence, the load on our infrastructure also increased. We could not cope with the load by ourselves and decided to connect the content delivery network. GCore instantly solved all the problems with caching and content delivery. It is a great CDN. It gives you free support for HTTP/2 protocol. Thanks to this service I could attract to our online-store more users, than it was before

I have been using gcorelabs for about 3 years and only keep my domains here. Besides the user-friendly interface, there are a variety of handy features. But there is one huge advantage over other hosting services. I recently got blocked and wrote to support. I thought the process would take an hour or two, but they answered me after 4 minutes, and everything was all set for us after another 6. Wholly satisfied with absolutely everything in this service. I'd recommend it to anyone interested.

I have been using the free CDN plan for over a year now. I like everything, but I would like more locations (I have about 30 now). I'm thinking of switching to a paid subscription next year. I have talked to tech support three times, very nice guys.

I tried CDN service and it's very fast and has very low ping worldwide it's really great. I also tried a shared cloud server from Luxembourg and if I compare it to some other top providers, G-Corelabs stays below them, and there is a place for improvement. I wish success to them. hope to see awesome services.

I wonder why nobody review any good review for this amazing provider. I just write a bad review for other site (you can change on my profile) then i wonder how much G-Core would have but i'm shooked to see there ain't any review for this amazing site not even bad one.

I bought 17+ VPS from them all of them works great delivery within 10-15 minute but few days ago i lost my paypal it got limited so i search for website which provide VPS with crypto and i got scammed and i already post reviewed that scam site. Anyways, G-Core Labs gcorelabs.com is amazing site i hope they add more payment gateways so we can use it with/without paypal.

TL;DR: Site is 100% trusted and highly recommended but i don't know why their name here is "G-Core Labs S.A." On their site it's only "G-Core Labs" But URL is fine so yeah it's their official page. I think they don't use trustpilot often.
