My experience with this firm is terrible because they are cheaters, and they will not process your payout because they are not reliable. I would say #Crop# Mines# is exceptional in their service and pays their user on time without any stress.

Well to be completely honest I have been waiting 8 days and 14 hrs and nothing. I submit my $200.00 Apple GIFTCARD and I just checked my PayPal and nothing. I have been very patient with everything. I keep getting the same message about the lenth that it takes to receive my money and now I want my money they have already took the money off my card and I have received nothing and the website tracking just still shows received nothing new in my status information 😑 it just says received 8 days and 14 hrs ago. I am going to report this company to the FBI and the BBB and FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and LOCAL AUTHORITIES IF I dont receive my payment. I have proof of the giftcard and of my transactions with gcprimo. My Tracking number is PRIMO-1E23AF-5917 SO WHERE IS MY $156.00. I want my money or my giftcard returned. I think this is some kind of scam. If you are thinking about using this company Don't until I update my situation with my payment. I feel like customer service is a bot sending the same information for every email that I have sent regarding my payment and I have been patiently awaiting and NOTHING NOTHING. If i could give negative stars i would! They used my gift card and I can’t get in touch with a human to speak with! Customer service sucks! They used it after I requested them to cancel because I didn’t want to sell anymore! This is completely unacceptable behavior and I want my gift card back!

If anything changes I’ll edit my review but I definitely would not use this platform to sell a gift card.
Edit: The following day after I posted this review, I did indeed receive my money, so overall that’s all I wanted, could have been faster with a little better communication, they did pay though!

This is one of the worst companies to deal with everything that advertise on their website is a lie and when you try to contact, it’s not alive human agent it’s just but who keeps on giving you the same stupid answers back to back. I submitted my gift card from Best Buy for $200 on June 24 approximately 2 PM and the original impression I was given was that it would take less than eight hours now this card was not used. It had the receipt of the card which I submitted along with it and as a friend and the payment was via Zelle, which everybody knows just Minutes now after five days and eight hours still there is no status Update. I contacted the supervisor which I have worked a different companies and never came across people who I just either plain stupid or they think they can get away with their stupid lies because the customers don’t know anything better. I think Mission should do something about these kind of websites with these promises and stuff you know because when they promise you that you submit a card with everything validated, which is because I can already tell that the card has been transferred you know you can get paid off within eight hours after five days with countless email chain back to back asking questions on the status update and getting the same stupid response over and over and this is actually coming from one of the supervisors that is being reviewed now the world itself being reviewed. I have looked it up in the Webster dictionary, but these guys have given it a whole new meaning stay away from this kind of companies do yourself a favor give the car to some charities. I think you’ll get a better blessing of this than dealing with these kind of people.

Which is all by the same people and at one point a couple weeks ago it was ran by the same people too. I submitted them $400 worth of eBay gift cards four days later the site is down doesn’t exist all my emails that I wrote to them, I start bouncing back to me.

Same people who ran GC Circle, same scam happening. I lost $400 in Visa gift cards that still hasn’t been paid out or recovered from GC Circle. They shut down the site and conveniently stopped replying to reviews there just to switch to this site.
As for previous responses from the site that claim they are not affiliated with GC Circle, the FAQ on your Primo website still says GC Circle. It’s obviously the same.

Sold an Apple gift card and got paid through PayPal. I had never used a gift card exchange before so i was nervous but everything went smoothly.
I been stuck in progress for 4 days hasn't yet moved my card is unused was told I would be priority nothing nothing nothing was told I will talk too a teammate nothing like wth I need my money or gift card cause this is crazy im trying too feed my family now I cant sign in and it's saying submission not found that is crazy smh
Update i did get paid it just takes a little while I appreciate that they were trying too get me paid fast I sent the wrong information thats my fault but when they got the right info instantly paid thank you

Used them to sell a best buy gift card. I liked that they manually verified everything instead of rushing the transaction. Payment came through and I'd recommend them.
Is this Justin cooper just a robot ? It’s a day nothing but bs! They drained the gc within a hour but have yet to receive anything! What’s more to review once the funds have been taken?
TERRIBLE!! They said it was pending for 4 days and I checked my gift card , they cleaned it out !! $125 !!! Plus never got paid ‘n SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I am calling the gift card issuer to see who redeemed it and how I can get this company to go out of business and pay everyone they’ve scammed . They need to be reported . All they do is respond with the sane messages and never do anything about it . Sell our gift cards for their profit . I’m not going to let it go , I’m going to get to the bottom of it because I don’t want anyone rise to get scammed . DO NOT USE THIS SIGHT !

Sent in gc to sell on June 19th. As of today nothing. Get emails answering my question. Unfortunately he always says the same thing. Told Justin cooper just give me gc back and I’ll go to more reputable company. Now dead silence.
Pretty sure I’ve been scammed. PRIMO-A4F211-8993 I’ve added the ref number. 8 days plus almost 23 hours. Sick stuff.

I tried selling my $50 Target Gift card, it said it would take 8 hours to process. They took the balance off my card and it’s been 5 days without any progress or update. They took the balance one day after I submitted my request. PRIMO-E679B8-C585

Submitted $55 Walmart Gift Card 2.5 days ago and still NOTHING! No payment, no update, no movement. I wrote customer service and they keep telling me they are processing it. I went to Walmart’s website and checked the gift card balance and it’s at $0. Where’s my money?!? PRIMO-483380-EF58

6 "business" days in and still have not received payment for my order PRIMO-CAEF35-B6D5 tried talking to customer service multiple times and just keep getting the same canned answer, telling me it's being "reviewed" by their payments team, but haven't received any update outside of the canned response from Justin Cooper.
I emailed Justin Cooper again yesterday to find out what's going on with my payment with no response
