We recently had a new electric door fitted to replace our old up and over door. From the initial enquiry at the factory to final installation the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, answering all our worries , Tom helped us decide what was needed and how it all worked.

On the day of the installation the guys turned up promptly and completed the work with the utmost care and attention to detail, leaving every where clean and tidy.

We would most definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking for a new garage door.

Outstanding from start to finish!

I had a set of three sectional garage doors with electric openers fitted in January 2024 and finally got round to leaving a review after my first garage door service. These guys are absolutely top of their game, from the sales advice I got at the start (not pushy, worked with me at my pace to choose the right solution for my home, and, unusually for a business these days, actually advised me to get a slightly cheaper automation system based on their experience, rather than another I had been recommended by someone else).

Installation was planned around my schedule, everything was explained about what would happen on the day and the lads were quick, tidy and got the job done really well. I got a full brief on how to work the new doors and that was that.

They've just been back for the first service and all is well. We drive into our garages at night and it's so good to be able to click a button, the door opens, drive in and then shut it behind you. Getting caught in the rain is now a thing of the past and it gives peace of mind to know that the doors have been checked over and are working at 100%.

Cannot recommend highly enough.

BUYERS BEWARE KNOW SUCH THING AS FREE EXTRA WARRANTY
Was misled badly by the company on quote told 10 year warranty on motor 5 on door. When job paid for and done u find out know such thing exists u get standard 2 year that they use. The extra 8 years would cost you 150 a year extra on a service 150 to WD 40 roller and spring it's hardly a complex boiler etc it's a door 150 Truly shockikg so the 2.2 k door turns into near 3.5 k crazy money. When questioned they claim it's not their duty to explain full terms on a warranty truly outrageous I'm livid. Would never have spent 2.2 k on a standard warranty for a high end quality product cos it's 3 5 k in the end. Which would buy 3 standard doors.
On top of all this abusive language used on job whilst kids playing next door. The explanation well it was a hot day.
People please learn from my MASSIVE MISTAKE they will tell u owt to get a sale. Record the quote so you have evidence to what said.
They claiming it's my fault for asking to many questions EVERYTHING IS MY FAULT especially when they have the money. My advice also hold back on full payment till happy. Please learn from my stupid mistake.
