G D Jones & Son Ltd Opiniões

Great service as always. Only thing I that took a star off is that delivery was after the 6 working days as mentioned, without any communication that it will be late.
Wasn't an issue, just something I feel could be improved.
Thank you.

I have been using G D Jones for many years now, they are always helpful, reliable and pleasant to deal with. With the oil crisis as it is at the moment, they still manage to go above and beyond. Many, many thanks to all of them.

Brilliant customer service.

Always reliable.
With the current oil price situation due to Iran war they have shown true compassion, high morals and commitment to the residents of Anglesey.
We ordered and paid for our oil on the 1st March and it was delivered today 9th March. They have commited to the price we ordered it for.
Thankyou

Friendly when phoning to order oil and Welsh speaking.
Delivery within time limit given with no fuss.

Always helpful and efficient.

Kerosene is always clean and the AGA additive helps to lengthen cooker service intervals.

Easy to order online, delivery arrived quickly and fuss free.

Always very friendly and delivered very quickly. Thank you

My tank was empty and they delivered straight away.

Great service. I had run out of oil and the driver was at my house by the next morning. Thank you 😊

I have been buying hearing oil from GD Jones for over thirty years. They always deliver on time, dont let you down, and when your on empty they make that special effort to get oil to you quickly.

Delivered when they said they would.
Driver was an early bird at 7.15 am. Very efficient, helpful, pleasant and fuss free. Paper work and pricing correct. Great to deal with as a company, but, the people make the company.

Your driver knows my tanks and access problems. The delivery is always on time and friendly.

Always give a helping hand when ordering fuel and delivery services is always prompt and efficient.

Fantastic sevice every time. Ordered heating oil 7am and was delivered same day in the afternoon👌

Super quick delivery, ordered in the morning and came by afternoon. Previously it will take 1 day to come which is still brilliant. The man on the phone has been helpful too. I like how we can order online simply using our account. They are also discrete when delivering, we never hear them when they come. Only realise they’ve been when we leave the house and see the invoice on the door. Diolch!
