My transaction with Gearbridge turned out to an outstanding one. I had to sell my very much un-used gear and didn't want to get shorted on its value. I requested for quotes from a few sites and Gearbridge was on the higher end. I ended up with very pleasant conversations with Austin who followed up judiciously up to and including ensuring the payment went through. Moreover, he also bumped up the quote of one of my lenses as the value of the e-mount version was a bit higher. Overall, I would recommend Gearbridge highly as an honest establishment with Austin as a stand up individual to deal with. Highly recommended A++

I'm 75 years old, so using this site and similar sites isn't terribly intuitive for me. But they got back to me in a timely fashion with every question I had.

Once they received my equipment, they upgraded a couple of lenses and a camera body from "Excellent" to "Like New," which is what I thought might be the case, but since they weren't actually new, I did not want to claim.

I got a notice when they received my package (for which they had sent me a prepaid label), and I got a notice when funds had been transferred to my bank account.

If you are a younger person than I, you may want to select gear credit rather than payment. My conclusion is that these are folks that you can do business with, and it beats trying to unload stuff on PoshMark or other platforms!

Fast service at a fair price! 10 out of 10 I will be using GearBridge again for my camera purchases!
