I NEEDED TO RETURN MY ITEM FOR A SMALLER SIZE. I WAS SENT A RETURN ADDRESS AND PAID OVER $16 AND SENT THE TRACKING BACK TO THE COMPANY AS REQUESTED AND IT IS BEING SENT BACK DUE TO UPS SAYING IT NEEDED A SUITE #. I SENT AN EMAIL WITH NO RESPONSE...
NOW I'M GETTING THE SAME DAMN LEGGINGS BACK. YOU WOULD THINK FO OVER $90 Y'ALL WOULD GET THIS RIGHT...BUT NOPE

I ordered and received a mummy theme pair of leggings size xl. They were to large. I just wanted a refund not an exchange. First I realized they never answer the phone.When I tried to return, there is ONE option exchange. I don’t want to exchange, I do not like the feel of the material.After several attempts to reach by phone and numerous emails to customer service with no reply, this is a one way street.Another catch, returns must be within the first 7 days. That is extremely hard d when you get no response. I definitely would not recommend this company. Gina Claypool

Great legging designs, but the flashing "Add to cart" bar is crazy-making and incredibly annoying. I often quit reading a description of an item because I can't stand the distracting flash. Please take it away!

Second request: At checkout, a couple of extras (priority handling, whatever that is, and something else) are added. They total about $8. Apparently, you can remove them at the final stage of purchase, but nothing indicates that. Please change this so that they show as part of your total ONLY if you have checked boxes to add them.

Customer service is friendly and prompt.

I am a little disappointed to be honest. I loved the tag that says, we have your ass covered to find out in fact it doesn’t because it is see through :(. They are soft and cozy so I will be using them as indoor leggings.

Ordering process was really easy and efficient.. great discounts as well.
The legging designs are colourful, vibrant and eye catching ( I always get positive comments when wearing my leggings)

The fabric is stretchy and the print is beautiful. I also like the fact that it is not see through.

They took my special request and fulfilled it for me. The leggings I liked they made all seven pairs in capris for me

The design on the pants were much different. I purchased the denim jean colored ones. My previous 3 pairs were amazing.
This time the waist design printing was very wide And threw off where the back pocket should sit. So instead of being on my butt, it was more on my lower leg and it looks really kind of ridiculous.
I reached out to Company as soon as I got them they said they sent it to a manager or something, but I haven’t heard a word back. This morning I sent pictures of them off of my body to show the difference in the way they were printed and I also sent pictures of me wearing them. I haven’t heard anything back.

Great color , fit to to size and they came within a reasonable time .

Unfortunately I picked the wrong size but, your return policy is not working for me. I really like the pants I bought from you but, I have to say that I won’t be buying anything else from you.

I placed an order for my wife as a birthday gift. Being a guy I couldn't determine the print she would like since there are so many so, I ordered 3 pairs thinking I could just return any that she may not like. Sure enough there was one pair that she absolutely doesn't like. Gearbunch doesn't offer the ability to exchange them for something that she would like so now we have a very expensive pair of yoga pants that won't be used.

GearBunch is great. They fit well, do not shrink, move with you and are the only ones I will buy. Lots of great comments when I wear them. So many colors and styles to choose from.
