昨年注文した時と同様、発送も速やかでとても良かったです。発注から約一週間で到着したので、とても早かったと思います。ロシアのウクライナ侵略が、物流に与える影響を危惧していましたが大丈夫だったようです。

Ich habe vor wenigen Tagen meine erste "Gecko" erworben. Zahlung mit Pay Pal lief gewohnt gut. Die Uhr wurde auch schnell versendet. Zoll und Einfuhr wurden von Geckota mit meiner Zahlung bereits erledigt. Wenn zur Zeit auch sonst nichts in Deutschland funktioniert, aber zumindest unser Zoll. Die Uhr hing 3 Tage beim Zoll fest, bevor sie dann endlich freigegeben und an mich ausgeliefert wurde. Aber gut, dafür kann Geckota nichts. Die Uhr ist dann nach 6 Tagen eingetroffen und (gemessen am Preis) wirklich überraschend gut. Verarbeitung, Passform und Design sind sehr gut. Auf Grund dieser guten Kauferfahrung habe ich nun noch eine zweite Gecko bestellt.

Have purchased 6 watches from Geckota over the last 3 years and I've been delighted with the variety of different style options available and the quality of their watches is superb. Also succumbed to the temptations of their excellent watch straps as well. The ordering process was easy and the presentation boxes and the gifts of wine.bottle openers and pens is a great touch. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and their products to anyone looking for something different from their watches.

The order was easy to place, payment was secured and confirmation was instantaneous. The web page was easy to navigate and the product is well described and pictures are clear and faithful to the product

Customer service was 5* after I made a mistake in my order, couldn't have been more helpful, substituted the incorrect sized butterfly clasp for the right one. The strap is a lovely soft mid brown leather, however, the antique finish appears to be brush applied and somewhat heavy. Time will tell how this wears. As experienced previously, the holes for the spring bars at the strap ends were blocked with adhesive(?) and needed to be cleared with a long thin screwdriver. A simple check during manufacture would sort this out
