Had an issue with the delivery (tracking showed the package was still waiting to be handed to Royal Mail for over a week). I emailed GeekCore on a weekend for an update and they promptly responded on the next working day. Even thought I simply asked for an update with no pressure, they stated that the package appeared lost in transit and immediately ordered me a replacement that arrived without any issue. I’ve never dealt with a company so willing to immediately rectify a problem outside of their own direct control - very satisfied customer :)

This was my first order. It was reasonably priced to start with then l got a discount code so l was even happier. I ordered a lounge fly rucksack featuring Pixar’s Up film and it was all l could hope for. Colourful, durable and with the lovely ballon house l love so much. It was sent well packed and quickly, so couldn’t ask for better.

I love the store and everything on the website. It has some amazing finds. However, most of the items I like are out of stock, so I don't have many options to buy. Nonetheless, it's still a good store. I just wish more Marvel items weren’t out of stock, and for there to be more available.
