Item received was broken, of very poor quality, and communication with company was very bad...and they did not honor their return policy despite following their procedures.

Never got my purchase, tried to communicate but was ignored

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate that I trusted the picture online of the Darth Vader elf on the shelf toy. Once I received it, the toy looks absolutely nothing like the picture online. I have been emailing since the day I opened it. So for over 30 days and the only response was how can I help you…. And now we will send you a return label shortly.. which was 10 days ago. And still nothing….

Stormtrooper Santa. Arrived late, head was detached. Tried to ask for a return/refund. Have still not heard back from them

I ordered on 6th November and it still hasn't turned up. I have emailed and they replied saying it's on the way and nothing since.

Just don't bother.

I would not recommend this company.. I had issues with a delivery, longer than expected shipping even though I paid for three day shipping. When I got the actual item, it was nothing advertised like the photo. The photo was 100% AI. I tried reaching back out to customer service for a refund and for them to take the product back… it’s been over two weeks and I’ve yet to hear back from the customer service. So I disputed it with my bank. I would never recommend to buy any product from this company!! Geeklett you’re a shame to the geek name and community.

Do not order from this company! They use fake pictures for their products and customer service is none existent!

My mum ordered a stormtrooper elf and the quality was absolutely horrible. The elf is clearly nothing like the photo presented, I would also like to point out the photo advertised is AI generated. You are falsely advertising a cheaply made products for luxury prices. Avoid at ALL costs. Please be wary of AI marketing. This product looks nothing like the image.

Awful item and no response to requests for return/refund

Wish I would of read this first. Got "2" ornaments that my 3 year old grandson could of made better. Looks like shrinky dinks

Product is absolute garbage. I ordered the Lord of the rings advent calendar. The photo on the website shows the ornaments looking like little Funko pop figures. When I received it, not only was it damaged, but the “ornaments” are actually little 1 inch flat plastic cut-outs, NOTHING like the photo! Looks like a kindergartener made them out of Shrinky-Dinks. Of course they do not respond to any emails requesting a refund. I had the charge reversed from my bank, and I warn everyone to stay far away from this scam of a company!!!!!

Package came damaged. Tried to contact support several times and nothing. Waste of 40 bucks. Even if it wasn’t damaged it looks nothing like the pictures they advertise. This is total trash.

Like others, ordered a Darth Vader and Stormtrooper "elf". They are tiny, they are made from hot glue and what looks like cheap felt, and the Darth Vader head is so heavy it cannot even be held up. This is like a scary arts and craft project by Sid from Toy Story.

Ordered a Stormtrooper and Vader Christmas elf. What I got was something I'd expect from kindergarten arts and craft. Cheap plastic knockoff heads, poorly constructed bodies, glue stains everywhere.

Spent 80 bucks on 3 stormtrooper elves. Not even close to pictured product. Looked like they were made in first grade art class. So tiny and cheaply made

Such a bummer bc pictured product looked really cool.
