Good company good prices lack of stock
Good company for models at decent prices. But let down by lack of stock on certain models. When looking for models im after there is only two maybe 3 pages yet rest of pages are out of stock. Ive had to buy from somewhere else at more cost. Yet ordered one model that was cheaper through these.
They had issues with old supplier til i had issues and then they change supplier.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review, as with all reviews we try and reply to negative comments to highlight where we are struggling and how we have strived to improve or to explain why we can't change certain aspects of your experience even if we wanted to.
We've never really had it thrown at us that we have a lack of stock - certainly as of now, we have a combined inventory value in our own stock holding and available from our suppliers of 1.9 Billion pounds that is actually in stock and can be delivered between 24 hours and 2 weeks. If you're seeing lots of things as out of stock, that means we don't have them, our suppliers don't have them and they aren't available to order from the manufacturers - generally if we don't have them then few few websites will and there's nothing we can do other than buy even more stock to improve this but where would it end?
We try and be as competitive as we can with prices and admittedly since setting up directly with Jada (thanks to your help) we've been able to bring some of our prices down!

Really good prices,if you're a collector from UK this is an amazing website because you're not gonna be paying high P&P for certain things that are only available in other regions, everything is packed well and arrives pretty quick, they've got all sorts there,I recommend :)

Great prices, great games
A really excellent price for a board game (zombiecide), alongside next day delivery. The delivery was prompt and the packaging fantastic, which is a huge must if you like to sit and look at un-played board games on a shelf haha. I hadn't used GeekyZone before, but a solid find! Thank you

Great customer service
Bought a board game I wanted from them recently. The price was really good and it was despatched quickly. Great customer service when it seemed there had been a problem with the delivery. All turned out fine in the end but I know they would have helped with no problem had the parcel been lost.

Best place to shop Gunpla in the UK
Absolutely the best online shopping experience I have for years. The special offer was too good to be true and I received the merch within 2 days from purchase. Check with these guys first before you spend your hard earn pennies with other companies. Can't recommend highly further. Ace!

Brilliant company with star customer service. They was extremely helpful when royal mail lost my item and sent me a replacement the next day. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Straightforward Experience.
