Working with Gembah for our marketing validation phase was one of the best decisions we made for our business.

We are a US company, and we are sourcing manufacturers internationally. Originally, we wanted our product to be made in the USA, but the types of manufacturers we need don't exist in the US. Working with Gembah has been a great experience. Having an international network and having boots on the ground are necessary for success. We've been very happy with our experience.

From the beginning, there were plenty of people who were willing to walk me through the process. I always knew I could ask questions and request help.

I recently had my kickoff meeting with the Gembah team. The team came highly prepared and walked me through the process and confirmed my vision for my project. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive of each other. Multiple team members participated in the discussion, providing feedback, ideas, and considerations for the designs. The meeting was effective and left me confident that working with this team to bring my idea to life was the right choice.

I chose Gembah because I wanted a partner who could guide me through the full process of bringing my idea to life. From the start, the team has given me confidence that they have the knowledge and structure to make this happen. We recently completed the onboarding kickoff meeting, and it was clear they came prepared, asked the right questions, and really understood my product and vision.

What I’ve liked so far is that I don’t feel like I’m on this journey alone. Having a team behind me on the product development side makes me feel much more comfortable as we move toward creating the Founder’s Edition of my product and preparing for a Kickstarter launch. They’ve also been quick to communicate and keep me updated, and the Gembah platform itself is really helpful. It gives me one place to see progress and access everything I need, which adds even more confidence as I move forward.
It’s still early, but based on my experience so far I believe Gembah gives me the best chance of success in taking this product to market. I’m optimistic, excited, and looking forward to seeing what we create together.

O just had the idea and zero experience designing and manufacturing a product. Gembah exceeded all my expectations! I worked with a very efficient and professional team. They listened and understood my needs and anticipated things I didn’t think of during the process. Always available to talk through the project when had questions. I was in excellent hands with Gembah as they made the project smooth, easy and fun. Will be using them for additional projects.

I spent over a year communicating with various factories in an attempt get my product produced, but with no success. After contacting Gembah, I was put on a schedule that worked for me and connected with various professionals along the way. From that point on, every step forward has been propelled with efficiency, enthusiasm, and results. The finish line is in sight!

Horrible!! Had a call with Grey and sent him videos of my product and he never returned my call or followed up. I wrote the company to set me up with another project specialist and he never called me at our scheduled time via Calendly. This is beyond unprofessional and now the other reviews about this company makes sense. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!

I contacted Gembah for a project to be done to try to move manufacturing out of China to another country.

On my call I was told if after sourcing for products they will at most take $1000.

So my next question to him was: Well does that mean you guys can just source a product at 5x my cost and then just claim you did your job, keep my $1000 and move on?

He ASSURED me that while they may not be able to get a price we want in Mexico, in one of their many countries (not including China because I'm not looking for them to source there), he'll surely be able to do it.

So I took his word on it.

Next call was with Will Ballentine, he comes on the phone and tells me a price 8-9x my cost. To which I'm furious, why are you even showing me this. This is exactly what I was concerned with.

I say go ahead and cancel everything I was lied to just fully refund me. Which seems completely reasonable to me and a reasonable company would.

No no no, Will in his infinite wisdom says he'll take over and contact the guy who told me all these things and he'll figure out a solution that will work for us. I remember him saying or else he will give me a full refund, he likely used sneaky language implying a full refund, but meaning they are crooks so full refund minus their crook fee of $1000.

Today he has the gall to tell me, me being upset with him is UNWARRANTED. He said he was trying to help me by having a "speedy resolution."

These guys are CROOKS, AVOID THEM.

Go to Alibaba for 15 seconds and you will find a price for half as much, even from companies not in China.

They claim to have factories and representatives all over, all they have is a team of people who can google and email, and I'm not even sure they do that.

Team does a great job of listening, sharing their expertise, asking smart questions and then responding with great design ideas.

Gembah has helped me launch my brand from idea to reality. Their team is so experienced and, knowledgeable and talented. I’m so grateful I found them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to launch a product! Can’t say enough good things about this company…

The team I worked with was competent, engaged, and responsive. Helped me achieve my goals in a timely fashion and when I didn't know what I was doing, they got the right person involved to help me out. Will definitely use them again.

My experience with Gembah has been very positive! I've used them for product design and manufacturer sourcing thus far. Having worked with other design and supply chain companies, Gembah has outperformed their competition!

DO NOT WORK WITH GEMBAH. This is a fraudulent company with very questionable business ethics.

We were fortunate to have a lawyer on board. We had to go through multiple rounds of red-lining before finalizing our NDA and contract because our lawyer found that the contract they drafted was severely biased, benefiting on their end with NO protection for us. The Gembah team even invited their lawyer during one of our calls unannounced, so we were left with no legal representative.

Regardless, we signed the contract in good faith. After months of work and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent, we terminated the project and were left with design files with incorrect measurements and impractical materials. We only found out when we contacted factories for sourcing and were told that the files mixed up inches to centimeters and that the suggested materials would make the product impractically heavy.

The team kept adding more people to the project throughout the process, but there were no clear roles and responsibilities. Gembah made no meaningful progress on the project and even tried to upsell us to a more expensive package.

Take your money and spend it elsewhere. A Fiverr freelancer would produce better work than Gembah ever will.
