Can't Recommend
I un-subscribed twice within a week.You'd think they'd get the message?Hell no!
I had cancelled them from my card through my bank.....just to be sure!
I'm still getting emails telling me how their latest attempt to get a subscription payment from my card has failed.....again hehe!
My first blood test upload had a cholesterol spike on It.I thought it would be worth a comment......no comment!
At least I got the HRT rolling and fortunately my doctor is cooperating.I need to find someone who can read the test results now!
In my experience to date I couldn't recommend Gender GP.Most of the positive comments are from people who have just joined.They will need to be very lucky not to have a bad experience at some point.

I got in contact with GGP and talked to the wonderful James Morris, who had previously gone beyond his call, 2 years back for me.
James explained the situation and offered to take it on himself to fix the situation for me, once again. Absolute saint! Thank you so much, once again!
This service and its wonderful staff have literally saved my life and made each day worth living. Thank you all and thank you, James!

dystopian, money grabbing, fart tooting, medication withholding
Since switching to the new Hub system, GenderGP has become incredibly difficult to use.
I am currently overdue my testosterone injection, yet there is no clear way to request a repeat prescription. The system shows a “next issue date” that doesn’t match my actual supply, and there are no visible forms or support options unless you pay for a consultation.
Essential healthcare shouldn’t be this inaccessible. Patients are being left without medication due to a broken, automated system with no proper support.
Find a different provider, very ignorant and careless organisation who isnt service minded at all, and makes every step process so complicated and uncertain.
I have been with gendergp for almost over a year id definitely not recommend their service to anyone especially since the support is so unresponsive and tend to ignore you so much that you get in doubt weather you will even receive anything. I have ordered a new prescription and i updated all my blood work same time i ordered and the new hub system still ordered old prescription which is not applicable for my current blood tests. And while i tried to reach out for them to simply just send me the new prescription. i have not been met with any cooperation nor interest in correcting the prescription to match my current blood work because i took my test earlier than the due date the system updates it wrongly. And the hub system wants me to pay twice for my membership if i want access the transition pack page again because i recently paused my membership due to being ignored excesively. Even though i allready have payed for the service until end of april the system will still not let me resubscribe unless i pay again. I have concluded it is unsafe for my transition to continue with gendergp because they simply dont care about the customer and you cant get human support to correct your medication to match you blood work unless you pay 80pounds to speak with a doctor. or 8 pounds to speak with james if you need help with support issues. which has a queue of around a weeks waiting time. I have decided it is unsafe for my health to continue with such misconduct and careless organisation and im forced to find a alternative despite trying to communicate the above issues with support team who simply dont care to be cooperative.
Terrible automated experience, made better by people
Edited review: After an initially awful experience using GenderGP's automated booking service and terrible AI chatbot (the booking service showed appointments available where there were none, I got no booking confirmation email, and the chatbot was unresponsive when I asked about my appointment), I gave the service 1 star.
Since then I was contacted by Jade on behalf of GenderGP who handled the issues perfectly and has assured me that the system is being corrected as they are updating the booking system, and was able to send me the link to my online session on the day of my booking (which GenderGP's system had failed to send me).

Sent several emails about adding Estrogen to prescription no reply had trouble with email think its sorted. Asked if i wanted patches said yes

Was great, but became thieving AI Slop
Use a different private provider I beg of you if you want private care.
I was with GenderGP for years, it was great however over the past few years it has become a nightmare.
No more access to people, you have to talk to an AI chatbot which can't do anything and when it "puts you through to a person" you get nothing back so no way to actually sort any issues.
I was on 8 mg Oestrogen, then when they introduced "The Hub" they dropped it to 3 mg which I only noticed after I'd ordered it. When confronted it was because my blood tests hadn't been submitted. They weren't submitted because the Hub said they weren't due for another 3 months. I showed this and my blood results to the guy on the email which took ages to reach and eventually a doctor consulted to say yes 8 mg is fine. Go to order my next prescription, it is still 3mg and the only way to change it is to pay an £80 consultation fee... To fix a mistake THEY made and already said was fine to change back to. So then its back through the chatbots again and waiting hours to finally get the ability to email someone to try and sort my prescription out.
TLDR: Turned to AI slop trying to rinse you of every little penny at every opportunity. Really showing the For-Profit side of things and less help people get the support they need side

Very frustrating no support when charged twice
Very frustrating. Have emailed several times and no reply. I have been charged twice for a prescription and no one replies. Chat function doesn’t work properly or connect with anyone so pretty much useless….In reply to your response to my review I have now changed to one star as still no one has emailed me despite providing you with my contact details you requested to sort this out. I have paid £30 a month membership fee for 2 years and there is no support?? you can reply straight away to a bad review but not to my emails?

I started T in two weeks from my first appointment. The support has been great and refills have been easy to do. James was amazing to talk to and helped with a ton of things, i recommend booking with him!! The changes from T have also been fast and good, fist changes i noticed in the first two weeks

They really try hard but keep messing up…
They really try hard but keep messing up. My son has been successfully treated by them for about 5 years, and the medical treatment is excellent, but they keep changing there website and things are always broken. The care they actually provide is excellent, but the administration and website needs a lot of work.
1. For example, they have finally introduced a new patient hub..great news!!!!...but its broken - sigh. The hub FAQ says you only need to upload bloods every year if you have been transitioning for some time.
2. But...if you try to upload bloods that are older then 3 months, the system won't accept them. You get a message saying bloods need to be less than 3 months old. This means instead of annual blood tests they are now forcing you to have them every three months, even though the information on their website Including the patient personalised plan) says annual is ok. Also, there is a screen to allow you to enter your results manually.......but when you've manually answered all the info, it asks you to upload the results. Why, why, why?
2. Dates of reviews and prescription re-ordering etc are wrong. You log in and they say this date. You log out and in again and they say a different date.
3. The home screen keeps changing, sometimes within minutes! Different layouts.
4. So we need to talk to them to work out what's going on. But....you have to pay £7 to book an appointment. No phone numbers, no emails.
Seems they need to employ a good IT Project Manager to sort this mess out. I'm quite happy to provide my IT PM Services for free, but, of course, I can't contact them!!!!!

James Morris made my highly customized HRT journey feel incredibly safe and respected!
I just had my Consent Assessment with James Morris today, and I cannot express how grateful I am. As an international student and a non-native English speaker, I was extremely nervous before the video call. I even prepared a detailed script to read from. To my surprise, James was incredibly kind and patient. Instead of minding the script, he actually praised me for doing so much research and preparation! He acknowledged how difficult and painful my journey has been, and assured me that GenderGP will always be there to support me.
I also had a very specific, highly customized HRT plan in mind. James reviewed my entire plan carefully and respected all my choices without any gatekeeping. He was very professional and transparent (explaining that he cannot 100% guarantee, which I fully understand), and took the time to patiently teach me exactly how to use the gel, as I had never seen it before.
As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), it is usually very hard for me to open up. But throughout this meeting with James, I felt completely safe, respected, and truly listened to. I highly recommend James Morris and GenderGP to anyone, especially if you have language anxiety or customized transition goals. They are amazing!❤

The team is very understanding and willing to answer any questions you might have in an understanding and unjudgemental way, I recently had a consultation with part of their team, James morris and felt very supported and safe to express my feelings and concerns throughout the call. Highly recommend going through gender gp if you’re going the private route.

when the NHS said i would have 5 years for consultation i was in despair until i found GENDERGP who saved my life for avery reasonable fee they put me on the right path help is at hand 24/7 and been taking my hrt meds for nearly two years thanks to the care and help of gendergp
