Excellent customer service, allowed me to swap a product to another type when they didn't really need to.

I've tried many meal replacement products, and I'd rank Genesis Foods at number 2 personally. There is some kind of weird fishy smell in the powder, but other than that I have no complaints and all the flavours are very palatable - both the taste and texture rank very high on my list.

One area for improvement is your boxing - the box you used was very thin and on top of that only the bottom half of the box was filled while the top half was empty. The box collapsed when they reached me. Fortunately nothing in the box was damaged. Next time please cushion/pad the boxes and switch to a corrugated or thicker shipping box.

Sweet and short lasting

I bought the GLYCOGENESIS STANDARD in Strawberry and
GLYCOGENESIS PREMIUM in Wild Raspberry to compare them: The main difference in taste is that the Premium is much sweeter than the standard. I did not compare the ingredients between the two.

In general I am not happy about the length of time you are not hungry after eating the recommended amount, after 1.5 hour I'm hungry again and that's waaay to short.

I love the taste and the whole product. The cons are the price.

Mixability can be a bit iffy, sometimes get lumps, but I use a breville blend active now so it is no problem.

I use the Ketogenesis powders to remain in a state of "nutritional fasting" during the day, and in the evening I add some carbs. The product is great because it provides 100% of my nutritional needs for 480kcal, and all the rest of the calories can come from a fat of choice and/or some carbs.

It really helps in losing weight without feeling hungry, my body seems to understand the nutrition is taken care of and I can remain in fat burning mode all day, no hunger. This really stabilized my blood glucose levels, it's really wonderful.

The one thing to watch out for is that not all flavors might be your cup of tea. I don't like the Vanilla flavor, it has salty and other overtones that wash out the vanilla, but Cherry Bakewell and Lemon Meringue are very yummy and well worth the small extra cost.

Let me start of by saying these shakes are SO TASTY.
If you're coming from Huel or other mild shakes, they will blow your damn mind.

They go above and beyond with their nutrition, as recent studies show that much more than 100% of the RDA on certain vitamins can have major benefits, and they do just that.

Really goes to show how much they care about their product and the health of their customers!
