Genevieve and I met at Goldsmiths' Fair. I was looking for a fresh take on large stone jewellery design to give a new life to my mum's engagement ring and in particular an expert on tourmalines. Genevieve and I instantly connected and her enthusiasm to work with me on my project was fabulous.

Genevieve's designs translated all my ideas and emotional attachment to the tourmaline stone into a stunning new concept which I wear every day. To say I am thrilled with my new ring is an understatement.

Genevieve made the process very straight forward with excellent and prompt communication, face to face meetings and updates. It has been a pleasure working with Genevieve both personally but also professionally, with her in depth knowledge of gemstones, design ideas and implementation. Thank you so much Genevieve.

I fell in love with Genevieve's design ethos a year ago, when I saw her gorgeous interpretation of an evil eye ring. I couldn't stop thinking about it and knew I'd want an adaptation of that ring for myself. Over the last few months, Genevieve has been nothing but patient and supportive - an absolute dream to work with. Never pushy, always kind and always made me feel like my vision was what mattered to her the most. I'm definitely going to be returning to her for future pieces of jewellery and I'm obsessed with my ring! (also it helps that she's such a warm person!!) 🧿 for anyone looking for jewellery pieces that have lots of colour and personality, look no further.

Genevieve was a delight to work with. I had been looking for the perfect watermelon tourmaline stone for 2 years before I found her and she made the whole process so easy! She was really patient with my endless indecisiveness and went above and beyond to provide assurances on certain aspects of the ring. I wanted something really minimalist where the stone was the main feature and she did that perfectly, even sourcing traceable single source 18ct gold.
I will now be saving up to buy some of her gorgeous earrings.

Me and my fiance decided to get me an engagement ring as well (men’s ring). We stumbled across her website however she is based out of the UK and we were in Florida. We were on a very tight non negotiable deadline, as our proposal date was just 5-6 weeks away.

We sent her an email, and I am not exaggerating she responded within 5 minutes outlining everything we needed to do to make sure we could get this ring on time. Clear and concise and extremely helpful.

Because of her commitment to helping us, she more than kept her end of the bargain and seemed to stop everything for us to make our day special.

From the time that we first contacted her to the time our ring was ordered and in the process of being custom made was probably under 24 hours.

We got our ring, exactly as described, with over a week to spare.

The ring itself is absolutely beautiful, and is everything I wanted. It’s always scary to spend so much on a ring you can’t see in person, but she more than won our trust throughout the process.

Working with Genevieve was a real pleasure! I had a custom piece made based on some Watermelon Tourmaline earrings she had on her website. She was prompt in replies at every step, giving great updates on the progress, setting realistic expectations, and patient as I asked for extra pictures and drawings.

Genevieve designed & made the most beautiful bespoke necklace to commemorate the birth of our daughter. She came up with some lovely initial ideas, and then worked closely with us to fine tune them. She involved us in all the design decisions, and kept us informed throughout. The result is exactly what we’d hoped for.
