One of the best software purchases I made in 2025. It has helped guide our company through several legal documents and saved us tons of money in the process. We don't have an in-house legal team, but we send the drafts to an attorney for review, and he was impressed. In the process, it gave us a lot of ability to ask questions and understand the why of certain clauses and to be better prepared when entering into a contract.

Generates relatively thorough legal documents. I also enjoy the feature that lets you analyze risk which allows you to close any holes and vulnerabilities with your contracts. Overall a solid option. The only caveat is the price is steep for the paid plan to only include 10 documents a month.

the wording of the JV agreement was almost perfect, the modifications were appropriate. I asked for a US type legal document, the result was unexpectedly good. Only problems were that some places the lines of the text were scrambled, but it could be solved manually.

Excellent product. It's AI function to tailor a contract is exceptional. It is also very easy to use. I was able to add in a list of requirements and the agreement was tailored accordingly. Refining the agreement was also simple.

However, it still has limitations when dealing with more specialised areas — particularly anything tied to English Law court procedure.

A major improvement for the future would be integration with official UK court forms (CPR forms, N-forms, insolvency forms, etc.), along with the ability to automatically generate properly formatted court bundles: witness statements, exhibit lists, pagination, indexes, and documents that are genuinely ready to file or print. At the moment, I still have to manually edit and re-format bundle documents to meet the strict layout and standards expected by the courts.

One thing Genie does get right is affordability and accessibility. It’s priced in a way that most individuals, small businesses, and litigants in person can realistically use — which is more than can be said for many of the larger legal-tech platforms. Some of the big players dominate the space yet hide behind opaque, frustrating pricing structures that make them inaccessible to ordinary users.

Overall, Genie AI is a helpful starting point for contract drafting and general legal assistance. With stronger integration into UK legal procedure and improved document-formatting capabilities, it could become a seriously powerful tool for real-world litigation support.

The legal analysis and review is easy to understand and work with, especially marking high-medium-low risks. Drafting is also good.
I did run into some issues, like some basic review tasks that it just got stuck on and was unable to do or some basic templates that it did not have.

My experience with Genie AI was genuinely positive. I was able to create a clear and professional document much faster than I expected. The platform is simple, the suggestions are helpful, and I felt supported throughout the whole process. It turned something stressful into something quick and manageable. I’m really happy with it.

Extremely useful, smart, responsive, honestly amazing. There isn't anything else I've found like this in terms of highly effectively, yet in a very user-friendly way, helping you create, structure and develop strong, usable, presentable legal documents. It has taken a lot of stress away. It can do so much and handle so much, including comprehensive contexts and risk review. You just ask what you need and it creates with you as you go. I run a recruitment agency and needed a quick contract. ChatGPT didn't make the cut. I entered a simple prompt of what I needed into GenieAI and it created the perfect contract, including all the legal jargon, in less than one minute. It saved me so much time.

Easy to use when you know what you want. Was able to describe the basics of what we needed and it generated a sound legal document.
