These lot are clearly having their cash flow funded by their parent company because it’s certainly not coming from their customers. I mean, how can you have a sufficient cash flow from continuing operations when all your chargers a faulty?

It’s like an airline having their entire fleet go tech, it’s amazing they’re lot are still in business.

Three local charge points have not worked for weeks. Reported numerous times, yet still don’t show as out of service on their app. Even made a complaint which they haven’t replied to.

I have contacted these people 3 times via email, about there EV charge points not working at Morrisons in Norwich and Wymondham. Both points been out of action for weeks. They haven't the decency to reply and give me some idea how long these will be out of action!
Least when you contact other companies with a problem, they REPLY!

Parked in Southend while having dinner, put my car on charge, understood that there is an hour limit and admittedly went over by 14 minutes (my fault) was charged 11.40 for this as an overrun charge, my point is that for an hours charge (or just over) it only gave me 11 miles… that’s £1 a mile, I know electrics gone up but cmon make it easy to help the planet 😂

The problem with electric cars is not the cars but the lack of urgency to repair and maintain charging points.
I had 1 mile of charge left in my car and used zap maps to get to a charging point to put in a small charge to get home, the machine was reported working or at least the type 2 charger I needed was reported working. or so i thought.
I got to the charge point only to find it was broken.
I call customer service to try to get it working but he couldn't. I had to call the AA to get me home and that took over 7 hours
No wonder people have range anxiety when charging stations don't work. Also had to signup to use the machine and that took about 15 minutes.
