Don't use them! You through your money in the bin! No accuracy whatsoever! I have complained but they don't reply.

pas de respect des délais indiqués lors de la commande, fermetures en milieu de semaine qui n'étaient pas annoncées, les résultats qui devaient être fournis entre 3 et 6 jours , toujours rien au bout de 2 semaines. Ne répondent jamais au téléphone

I ordered a DNA test like everyone else, paid and then received an email asking me to send bird feathers according to the instructions.
I have sent for two birds and have received a response that both are boys.
After about 10 days one of the ones I sent the test to has laid eggs.
I contacted genimal about how can this be true?
Their response is that it is my responsibility to send the correct information.
If that is the case they should provide them with the information they need. But they think that genimal is not responsible for the wrong results.
This is a fake company, not reliable, cheap company, no recommendation at all.
Please share it with everyone to avoid false information.

L'entreprise revendique donné les résultats de sexage ADN 1 à 3 jours après réception des échantillons. Là ça fait 5 jours révolus et rien!!!
La prochaine fois j'irai chez Génindexe à Loudéac, c'est juste un peu plus cher.

Je trouve très long les résultats cela fait plus d'une semaine et toujours pas de résultat, je pense que je ferai plus appel à eux

Résultats douteux. J'ai fait tester mon Kakariki, le résultat indiquait qu'il s'agissait d'un mâle. Quelques mois plus tard, ce dernier pondait son premier œuf...

Expérience pas terrible. A éviter sans doute

Don't use this company if you want to DNA test your bird's!
Because there is a reason why they are cheap because it will take forever before you will get your results.
I have paid for rapid test and still no answer and on ther homepage its that it will be ready tomorrow and tomorrow it will be the same story again that the test will be ready tomorrow!
