I bought some products that were shipped but got stuck at the destination airport because an invoice was missing. After sending two emails to support-genmedicare.com and admin-genmedicare.com in order to solve the problem still no answer and I think I will never get one.

My GenMedicare purchase arrived in about 1 month. This timing is consistent with past medications I have purchased from overseas. The order contained the correct medications in the correct quantity.
Considering current global supply chain issues, I consider the service provided by GenMedicare to be excellent.

Very Satisfied with Product and Process
The product was well priced and received just as ordered. The whole process was easy and straight forward. Package delivery tracking was very helpful.
It was well packaged but took a bit longer than the advertised 10-15 days. However, I believe it was due to significant disruption in scheduled air flights over the last month or so and beyond GenMedicare's control. I am very satisfied and would do it all over again if necessary.
