I have demanded on prepaid for brown shirt (S38) vide order No GH22924, Delivery surface No 29041841071861 on 09-12-25. The consignment received a shirt on 13-09-25 which is non demanded item. The same on perusal intimated through email on the same day as well as instagram also. Mob No. quoted in the site is seemed non attentitive and out of coverage area. No action taken to exchange the item erroneously received. There is no way to contact them.

I ordered from Gentlehaus.in and received a poor-quality, completely different product from what was shown on their website. They clearly run a fraud setup — the contact number doesn’t work, they don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp, and there’s no proper return process despite claiming one.
Pls try to stop this fraud

Government should take action against this fraud company. They don't deliver what they show & also refund will not be processed.

i will rate them ZERO. This is a fraud company. The product they show on website is absolutely different than they deliver. their product value is not even 20% of what they promote. You will not find any return facility. Mobile number mentioned on website or for the returns is out of order and not available on whatsapp. No address. They don't respond through emails. In nut shell there is no way you can return the product. Its a fraud company . I ordered two shirts worth around 2000 but the size i received is too small and quality is absolutely substandard... So my money is gone.

They are showing one product and delivering another product... The product which I order and the product which I got are totally different... Very unprofessional

I expect this matter to be escalated and resolved without any further delay. Please provide me with a clear resolution timeline immediately. Continued inaction will leave me with no option but to escalate this issue through other channels.

I had one of the worst experiences ordering from this platform. The article I received was completely defective, poorly made, and nowhere close to the quality promised. To make matters worse, the service team was unresponsive and unhelpful even after multiple follow-ups.

It’s frustrating when you spend money and get such a substandard product along with zero accountability from customer support. This reflects not just poor quality control but also a lack of respect for customers’ time and trust.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from here, as both the product and the service have been utterly disappointing.

I got one of the best shirt I have ever seen. I am just so happy to see these shirts. It's so premium and wonderful. We want this type of company who can make these premium shirts for us. My mom was so happy that I got kicked out of my house for 2 days.

Received bad quality & size. Not able to get in touch with anyone for return. It's a fraud company. Stealing money from people

I received all wrong products it's a scam website no response from their side the numbers given on website doesn't work it's just a waste of money I wasted 2k so don't even bother looking at the website.

Most hopeless and non trustworthy online shopping app. The product I had ordered and the product I got delivered was totally different and crap. After messaging them on Instagram and sending photos of the product I have received the company is not even bothered to respond. Utterly disgraceful and unacceptable behaviour. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I must compliment you for giving such a premium local and the worst shirt I’ve seen. The material used is worth ₹200-300 and you call them premium. And the stiching part the worst. You guys have proved me why one should never buy online.

Same thing happened to me what has happened to other fellows which I see the comments now. I ordered 2 shirts for 2K and the order was different. I ordered something else but I got something else. the quality is that bad that cannot be used for even moping and again this phone number is switched off there is no one to respond to my queries I have send an email also so I guess my 2K what waste I don't see a light at the end need to get the money back
