Definitely the best company I’ve used and their customer service is amazing highly recommend

Firstly, about the prices, why are your prices so high then claim to price match!! The RR edition when I’ve made enquiries this is not available to you as this was designed by the other ccell company and unique to them as listed on their website made my own enquiries plus they already have the Pro edition for sale, also why lie to me about this, the better version, facts are I’ve spoken to the other ccell company they are the ones who designed and improved the RR edition pod system, Ben instead of lying maybe you should be honest with customers, I wouldn’t be using you nor recommending your services.

We are happy to price match on items seen on another CCELL website pal. Unfortunately we are not getting any RR edition Eazie Pods because they created a better version, the Eazie Pod Pro. Which has the same voltage as the RR but offers two additional heat settings to choose from along with a pre-heat button.

We are due to receive a delivery for these at the end of February. Unfortunately, I can't provide pricing yet, but I will sort out the best possible price for you once we receive a confirmed cost.

In the meantime, if you would like to start with the original Eazie pod system we can provide those for £2.73+vat each.

Over priced products for CCELL, don't seem to have a better selection then the other CCELL sellers online who's prices are much more lower, and technical support don't understand the products themselves either!

Horrendous products theyre made out of plastic so it started to melt and deform when i put hot distillate in them (the entire body of the cart)

They also charge £5 for tracked48 without declaring what type of shipping they do what a desperate way to get a few quid more out of people what a terrible company

The support guy is absolutely amazing always replies and was so helpful with answering my questions. 10/10 customer service

Just ordered a CCell Palm Pro and it literally arrived the next day. Very well protected & packaged: it works perfectly. I checked out a few websites and I'm so glad I chose these guys as the price (including UK postage) was the best I found. You always wonder about buying online so I hope my review helps someone else to decide who to go with.

Not suprising to see great reviews for Ccell. The products are great but it’s when you need assistance that a company shows what they are truely made of. Ben who I dealt with was extremely helpful. The problem was rectified so quickly that I received the replacement product less than 24hrs after I raised the concerns. The delivery times in general on all orders are sorted quickly and out to you in a time that shows they care. Even about the small sales! They sell in x1000s and in single units. And as a small purchaser I felt as important as the big guys. Thanks Ben and CCell

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong item and the incorrect number so contacted the Support team at 3am. By 10 am the next morning I had received a response and my order was amended and still dispatched same day. I will post another review upon receipt. They have got a customer for life

Shipping always fast so no complaints there. I have had a few issues with their disposables compared to others, becoming blocked or stopping working. I found ccell to be challenging when reporting this, requesting videos despite I told them it doesn’t work and nothing happens when trying to use.

The problem with ccell is their items are designed to break before they allow you to use it multiple times. if this is the case you should include instructions as parts being put all together in one bag, I have found clear parts are not always visible and have been missed and with no instructions on either the item page on the website or packaging, and once you put the top on there’s no taking it off so I ruined a few pods by incorrect assembly. upon contacting them to flag this issue I was offered instructions rather then advice if i could still use the parts, not offered replacement despite I made many continuous orders previously. So I would have to order again myself if I want them to work as should despite no instructions given, but I found somewhere else to order these from who will maybe help me if I need.

Overall, products are good but not the best, shipping very good, packaging and after customer advice, not good. I will maybe look somewhere else next time.
