I contacted George regarding my first gaming PC build and the service was amazing, he was very polite and considerate from start to end.
When discussing the components, pricing and the all round use for this PC he was very clear and knowledgeable about everything, we'd discussed what I'd like in the build and he optimised it so I'd get the most out of it without spending more.
Throughout the building process he was very informative always updating me on what his progress was and when it came time to collect my PC I couldn't have been more happy with the end result, its a stunning looking build and the cable management is superb.
I cannot recommend a better person for any PC build enquiries/ upgrades etc.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING A CUSTOM PC!

For context: my build cost around £3,100.

I didn’t want to write this review, but after almost four months of delays, incorrect parts, and repeated mistakes, I feel people deserve to know what they’re getting into.

I ordered a custom PC from George on the 3rd of February, and even after all that time, the build still wasn’t completed correctly. Here’s what went wrong:
Wrong fans installed

I specifically requested Lian Li UNI FAN TL Reverse (three on the bottom, two on the side) and one standard TL for the rear exhaust. Instead, I received non‑reverse fans and even a random SL‑INF on the exhaust.
The exhaust fan was only replaced after I pointed it out — and even then, he installed a reverse TL instead of the standard one I asked for. None of the other fans were reverse, which completely defeated the purpose of the layout. There was zero communication about any of these changes, and the mismatched fan looked completely out of place. It still wasn’t the correct part, and it still wasn’t what I ordered.

Wrong SSD installed
I ordered a 2TB Samsung 9100 Pro, but received a Crucial P5 Plus 2TB instead.
He claimed he “took it straight out of the box,” which simply wasn’t true. The 9100 Pro is significantly more expensive, leaving me £150–£200 out of pocket.

Wrong PSU installed
I requested a Gigabyte AORUS ELITE P1000W 80+ Platinum, but he installed a Gigabyte UD1000GM instead — a cheaper, lower‑tier unit with a £30–£40 price difference. Another corner cut without my consent.

Cable management was diabolical
It still needs to be completely redone. Not the end of the world, but for a premium build, it’s unacceptable.

Component list not followed
Despite sending the list multiple times through messages and phone calls, he repeatedly forgot tasks and parts. This was one of the main reasons the PC had to be sent back in the first place.

No benchmarks or testing done
I was told the PC “runs perfect and is quiet,” but there were zero logs, no screenshots, and not even a basic BIOS setup. Everything was left on stock settings.

Because of all these issues, the PC had to be sent back several times. During the back‑and‑forth, components were damaged, causing even more delays. If the build had been done correctly the first time, none of this would have happened.

Final outcome
After raising these issues, I’ve now been ignored for almost two weeks and blocked on Facebook and WhatsApp, which is extremely unprofessional.
Considering everything that’s happened, one star is generous. I have all the chat logs and screenshots to prove how bad this experience has been, and I hope he reads this and realises how badly he has handled the situation.

For someone claiming 10+ years of experience, failing to complete a custom build to the customer’s specifications is worrying. George seems like a nice guy, but if you can’t deliver a custom PC exactly as requested, you shouldn’t take on the job.

If you still choose to order a custom PC from George, that’s your decision — but I hope this review helps you take caution and avoid the issues I went through.

Had my gaming PC upgraded and put into a new case. George was very helpful advising me on the parts selection/viability, and after nearly a month I’ve had no issues with the PC at all. Great service and high standard work 👍

My PC was in dire need of an upgrade as it was unfathomably outdated and slow so I came to George and he certainly didn’t disappoint.

George fitted all my new parts including a Motherboard, CPU, GPU and even a larger new case which I didn’t actually ask for.

Incredibly friendly and fast service, without comprising the quality of work which is nothing short of outstanding, all while providing excellent value for money.

I’d whole heartedly recommend George to anyone looking for a pc upgrade or to anyone with any tech related problem, as I can assure you George will deliver his best work every time

Needed upgrades to my tower to make it windows 11 compatible. I contacted George through the website and he was quick to respond. He gave me both budget and future proof options, within a couple of days he was able to take the PC, and the job was completed the same day. George was polite and provided excellent communication throughout. I will definitely be back for any future work.

I've so far bought a custom built PC and refurbished laptop from this business and couldn't recommend it more. Very knowledgeable customer service who can answer any tech-related question you pose to them, and quality products that are very well built and refurbished.

My laptop was soooo slow it was virtually unusable with lots of hanging and white status bar issues

George was great to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly and speaks non-techy!

He fitted a faster 500Mb Solid State Drive than the original as the main operating drive and dealt with all the data transfer. He added an additional 1Tb Solid State Drive as a data drive, hoovered it out and applied new thermal paste.

My laptop is faster than when I originally bought it!

Done quickly on a same day basis on the arranged day and for a very reasonable price.

I also dropped off 2 x towers, 2 x laptops and 2 x Hard Disk drives - all old tech I hadn't known how to dispose of safely. George dealt with data issues on the drives and recycled whatever was appropriate. This was a FREE service!

Highly recommended

George assessed my old computer but as it was completely broken he sold me a new windows computer at a very reasonable price and transferred all my data , photos etc
He is always very helpful and professional but very friendly and I can definitely recommend him

Honestly cannot fault the service provided by Geo PC's I was kept informed of options and costs. Saved me £100's on a new laptop

His prices are very reasonable, I would like to use the word cheap, but there is nothing cheap about the work George does. He is speedy at responses and works fast on repairs, but never sacrificing quality.

He has repaired a phone and a laptop for me so far. I spilled a whole mug of coffee on the laptop and I didn't think it possible to be fixed at reasonable price, but George managed it no problem. He also cleaned the laptop out of all the trapped dust and dog hair, making it run much faster and less noisy.

It now runs better than it did before the coffee spillage!!

If I could give George ten stars I would I smashed my Samsung Screen he ordered and fitted a new one in good time my phone wouldn’t charge he stripped it down diagnosed the problem fitted a new battery out of a older Samsung I had gave me a screen protector and a phone case and only charged for the screen and fitting and that was at a very reasonable cost.I must recommend George and shall be using his company for all our tech repairs…He repaired everything with good humour and a can do attitude

Didn’t get the motherboard I paid for,not had reply to email about this and may be my fault but didn’t get the packaging and manuals for new parts .Never received old parts either.

Easy, good price and swift. Can't fault that.

George was able to accurately diagnose the problem with my overheating MacBook battery and to renew the thermal paste to sort out the problem. Unfortunately the overheating had damaged the electronics and this was not economical to repair. He was able to source a replacement MacBook laptop for me at a very competitive price. I’m delighted with the service I received and will certainly recommend him in future.
