The products themselves are great. My Shampoo has a snapped nozzle, thought perhaps it broke in the box however no pieces were found meaning whoever packed it saw it was broken and still packed it anyway. Not only is it a safety risk as the edge is quite sharp but it’s super disappointing that no due care was taken to fix the problem immediately.

The 10 minute mask & the hair growth spray combined are a power house for thinning hair, I have always had thin hair but being premenopausal has taken a toll on my already thin hair, since using the mask & spray, my hair feels thicker, i have lots of new baby hair growing & my hair is stronger, less breakage.

The hair mask is well worth the investment! It made my hair soft and less snaggy after the first use. Even better with the second application. It worked great on my own hair but also great on my extentions too. I've now ordered the shampoo and conditioner and I'm expecting great things :)
