Had an initial call from Geosec giving them an overview of the issues. A video call meeting was arranged for 25/03/26 with Kamil. But he was a no show and i never heard from him again. I guess they don't need the work or money.

As cracks appeared in the basement garage, I have approached couple of companies to view and provide me with some idea how to rectify such a problem in the basement. There are no obvious cracks on the main structral walls of the detach house.
GEOSEC carried an extensive survey by Angelina with drawings and methods of rectifying the shrinkage of London clay under the internal foundations of the house.
A French group of Engineers arrived from Paris with a large lorry carrying all the equipments and proceed with the work. All the Engineers carried out the work diligently. 26 holes drilled all around the perimeter of the basement and external left side of the main structure wall of the house beyond the garage length.
On the whole the work carried out with precision together with the drain Engineer during injecting the raisin without entering the drain pipes.

I found GEOSEC to be a responsive and helpful company. The structural engineer Kamil was excellent; he explained things clearly and step by step, he visited the property quickly and he answered my questions clearly.

I called Geosec following a possible case of subsidence at my house. Paul came out and was extremely helpful in surveying the problem and talking through the possible causes. I have now submitted a claim to my insurance company and feel much better armed for discussions with them thanks to Paul.

I made an enquiry about a property I have moved into, as I was concerned there might be some subsidence.
I saw the advertisement, of no work no fee, and was a little dubious, but thought I would give it a go. Firstly I was asked to send in photos of affected areas, then I had a video call. The engineer decided it was a good idea to visit the property, even though he thought it was probably thermal settling. He had a good look around before saying, that, yes there were some things they could do to help with the issues I had, but that it wasn't severe subsidence and we didn't need to pay thousands for remedial action. His recommendation was to remove a tree near the property to prevent any further damage. All of this was completely cost free. Thought it might have been a gimmick, but it wasn't. So thank you very much Geosec, you have given us peace of mind and we really appreciate your honesty. Therefore, I would definitely recommend the company to anyone considering getting a subsidence review, as I would trust that they will only suggest work if genuinely needed.

Had a free of charge site visit to inspect cracks on walls of our home suspecting subsidence - Camil came out within a week and kept me up to date all the time as to when and what time he would be arriving. Camil did a thorough check of my home inside and outside and gave me confirmation that my problems were not subsidence related and told me who I could consult instead. Very happy with this service and at no charge as well!

After finding some cracks in the property am purchasing, I was filled with anxiety. I made an enquiry with Geosec. Martina called me back and was very helpful. I would like to thank Camil for taking the time to listen and advice me. He was very informative, professional and kind. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. I can't thank Camil enough and I won't hesitate to use Geosec in the future.

GeoSec were hired by our neighbour to resolve a foundation issue on their extension. On the day of the works, GeoSec needed access to our garden — we agreed, trying to be good neighbours. The team seemed stressed (at one point, the entire crew was huddled around a laptop, clearly concerned), but they eventually left saying everything had gone to plan.

Roughly two weeks later, we began experiencing major drainage problems in our home. Our utility room flooded, and we contacted Severn Trent, who advised us to rod the drains. We tried, but the problem only got worse. Soon after, our soil pipe split. Despite repeated calls to Severn Trent (who were extremely unhelpful), we were left with no functioning drainage, forcing us to leave our home and stay with family. Sewage was backing up into the house and garden, and we had no idea why.

Eventually, Severn Trent brought in a third-party contractor (Wilkinsons), who used specialist cameras to inspect the drainage system. They discovered a section of pipe had been cracked and was completely filled with expanding foam — over seven feet of it. This section of pipe was located exactly where GeoSec had been injecting foam at our neighbour’s property.

GeoSec initially visited our home and assured us they would help resolve the situation. However, they have since stopped responding. Despite us showing clear photographic evidence of the foam Wilkinsons removed from our pipe, GeoSec now deny responsibility, claiming the damage was caused by a brick — a completely unrelated issue that occurred several doors down. They admitted that no checks were done on our drainage system before the work, as they "could not gain access," but they went ahead with the foam injections anyway. Their stance is that since they tried to do the checks and paid to do so, the fact that they couldn’t complete them absolves them of any responsibility.

The stress and disruption this has caused our family has been enormous. We had to move out for weeks, miss work, clean sewage from our garden, arrange emergency plumbing services, and spend hours chasing both Severn Trent and GeoSec for help. We wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

As GeoSec are now refusing to engage with us, we feel it’s only fair to share our story — along with photos of the damage — to help others make an informed decision. Please think twice before hiring GeoSec.

Paul attended my property free of charge following a request on my part to inspect areas of concern relating to potential subsidence and drainage issues. The potential issues I had were inspected and addressed while Paul offered an honest and professional appraisal of the situation which in turn required no further action. The typical signs and causes of subsidence were explained and how Geosec would remedy them should it be necessary, on this occasion this wasn’t required and I was reassured and pleased to have the input from an industry professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to get back in touch or forward to friends and family should their services be required.

I highly recommend Geosec’s Geo Technical Engineer Angelina, and Structural engineer Camil, who did a site visit to my elderly mother-in-law’s house to establish whether a crack in the internal wall was serious. They were both so friendly and thorough in their investigation of the property, surveying the loft area, the neighbours internal wall and all of the outside exterior walls. They concluded to our relief that the problem wasn’t serious, and did not need any intervention by Geosec. Thank you for your honest opinion and your time travelling to assess this.

The Engineers were amazing! Took me through the procedures of works step by step. Explained everything in good detail so I understood everything they were doing.

After moving to new house we knew the house suffered some structural movement, after sending some pictures to Geosec I had a call
From Alex the structural engineer and he came around within a week. Alex was great and his put my mind at ease. He explained everything and how the work will be carried out. I’m happy with the method they are using and the fact that it can be done without us having to move out is a bonus. I’m thinking of getting the work done this summer. Thanks
