I am giving this business a 4 star because of the customer service. The graphic on my hoodie was too small. I was worried when I could only send an email, however they responded the same day. They continued communication until the problem was solved. My only other complaint would be the buy 3 get 1 free. The site would not let me get the 4th one free.

I give this business 5 stars because even though I didn’t get my item because of a mistake I made, they were kind and patient with me; and was quick to replying back to me whenever I had questions. Customer service was awesome!! I didn’t get the item this time, and they did issue me a refund. Thanks, I’ll try back next year!!

I ordered a poster for my daughter's birthday with plenty of time, it is now 3+ weeks past my daughters birthday and still have not received anything. SO frustrating as they keep saying it is coming and will not offer a refund.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Gerbera Story. I reviewed my order and the image appeared different then what I placed, so I emailed them. The response was very quick with a sample of what my shirts would look like. I was very pleased when they arrived days later! I would definitely use them again!

My experience at Gerbera Story was great. I was so glad to find this place for a special gift for my husband’s 60th Birthday. I had an issue with some punctuation in my poster and sent an email to the staff. Their response was prompt and my issue was fixed. Very satisfied with my experience here!

Replace misprinted T-Shirt
I have to say the quality was excellent
When came to the issue of a misprint and shirt from the same order proven with receipts provided by Gerbera Story as my own receipt ,no action has been taken to correct this issue. Gerbera emailed me stating they would replace corrected t-shirt Wow i need this issue resolved ASAP. My birthday is April 20th

I never received any times from my second order and no new tracking information for the replacements. Very disappointing and completely dissatisfied. Also you keep asking for a review on merchandise I never received. How can you write a review with no merchandise?
