Received a parcel with flash lift as one of the items.
This should have contained 5 small 1m bottles.
However it only had 2 in.
Contacted customer service via messenger and was ignored.
Sent e mail and 4 days later got a response whereby they wanted to blame the courier.
The parcel had arrived in tact albeit a bit dented.
So much tape around box had to be torn to remove contents.
I eventually got an email asking for photos of the box.
As this was now just cardboard I was told nothing they can do.
They listed the loss as feedback.
This is not the first issue I have had they put wrong postcode on another parcel and £180 cream went missing.
They eventually replaced this once THEIR mistake was evidenced by courier.
This company is not what it once was.
Items are not packed and protected well.
They use so much tape it’s not possible to open and keep box intact.
Little or no internal packing.
I will now avoid.
Shame their customer service does not match their products.

I ordered a lifting eye cream, but it irritated my eyes. I left an honest review using the link they sent me, but they didn’t publish it! That’s really disappointing. Be aware that the high ratings on their website may only reflect what they choose to show.

Nice product, lthough haven't noticed any results as yet. More like a watery milk than a serum. Also beware! When opening the glass bottle you have to snap the top off which resulted in badly gashing my finger!

In regarding of the product Germaine De Capuccini, if you have read my previous review of the Flash Lift. I love that product.

This time, I tried Collagen Peptide. Well, for the delivery, there was a little bit defect. One of the bottle was empty. I was kind of upset. I worried I need to return the whole package and get a new package again.

I first took a photo of it and emailed to customer service. Well, according some of the reviews I expected that there was going to be a mess. Yet, I still need to deal with it.

Surprisingly, I received replied the next day which stated the replacement will be sent out 3 - 5 days. Again, I was still skeptical about it. May be, just a may be. They would be over-promising.

I am shocked ! I received the replacement ! And the replacement is surprised. I will say it is a very good replacement. I prefer not to say how they replaced it as I don't want people abused their good customer service and take advantage of it.

All I would say, They were very generous with the replacement and did not cause me any hassle of the whole process.

NOW, let's talk about the quality of the product. The reasons I want to tried as my skin is getting mature. 45 years, even for Asian. I need to put effort to keep my skin without going through Thermage or micro needling or any expensive treatments.

I used 2 bottles. It get skin rehydrate again, those rough skin ( kind of the dry out and peeling off skin) is gone and repaired again.

One tiny bottle, I use it AM and PM ( well, shouldn't be, but one tiny bottle is too much for me ) I wrapped it probably and put it in the fridge and save it for night time before bed. It works perfect to me.

I also use together with Flash lift once as I needed to have make up in the next morning. I made sure my skin was rehydrate and easy for me to apply foundation. If you are not a big fan of Over-night sleep mask. GDC flash lift and Collagen helped me a lot.

I wrote this review because I am looking for good value of money products. There are tons of products in the market and online, social medias. Which one is worth it? We never knows. Therefore, I wrote a review and hope our self-love lady can choose the facial products wisely without wasting time and money.

Will not be using them again
I placed an order it was not delivered to my safe place but dumped outside my door and vanished I’ve tried to follow up but they ignore me. Do not order online their customer service is appalling, shame as the products are quite nice 🥲🥲

Great spa quality product. ordered for my Mum and was delivered pretty quick to her. She loves the Rose Hip oil.

Placed a large order, some items were out of stock, although this wasn’t stated at time of order, so they had to be despatched separately. After a few weeks, chased by email but no replies from customer services. Remaining items finally despatched but lost by EVRI. No reply from customer services to further email, and they never answer the phone. It’s not the level of support you expect when buying such expensive products. If something goes wrong with your order you risk being hundreds of pounds out of pocket, so I won’t be buying again!

I placed an order more than 10 days ago and haven’t received any dispatch confirmation yet. I tried to call the Uk customer service number and no reply at all ( tried several times during the day). I sent different email to the Uk customer service team and no one reply at all for more than a week. At this point I don’t know if I will receive ever my order or not because NO ONE is helping you. Horrible experience for the price you pay. I’m just so frustrated.
If someone is reading this please help me with my 4000003794 order.

Customer service is appalling, Infact there is no customer service! Shame as their products are lovely. I just don’t want to deal with a company that sells expensive products with no customer care

Excellent customer services. I’d made a mistake on my order so I called the number on the webpage (which was answered straight away) and explained my problem. It was dealt with immediately. No hassle. This was quite refreshing. The ladies I dealt with were Lovely, friendly and so helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

I have bought quite a few products from Germaine over the past few months. Every time I found air trapped in the cream pots. When the foil seal is peeled, the pot are half empty. When I pointed this out in my last purchased (c £300), I was dismissed quickly. Customer services didn’t listen to what I had to say and sent me a free face mask to close the issue. I found this insulting. The creams are good, love the texture and the feel on the skin but they are expensive for 3/4 of a pot. I have been purchasing from another luxury brand for years before trying Germaine and never had this problem.

Whatever your skin needs, Germaine has the answer. I had a baby in November and even though I feel like I’ve been through the wringer my skin has looked great and I have received many compliments on it. I put it down to the Germaine excellence. With my cocktail of products they make me look human, even though I don’t always feel it!
