Good to buy
The both service and communication from Gerrardsbullion are excellent, but the face of gold coin I bought seems to be a bit scratching. It is a bit disappointing. Over all I am satisfied with purchasing.

Our goods come directly from the Royal Mint and are not handled by anyone except to put into individual plastic bags to protect the coins
Sometimes there are tiny little scratches which are missed

Ordered a 1/4 oz coin on their website, Fast dispatch the same day- was emailed with a tracking code, it was in my hand the following morning via Special delivery. A++ Service. Would recommend.

Good but comms could and should be better
The purchase was fulfilled after a few days and I feel Gerard’s are a trustworthy company. However I would add that they could improve their communication with the client as you cannot assume that this is a ‘routine’ purchase. Transferring money to a bank and not receiving a confirmation is quite disconcerting. Everything went smoothly but I did have to make a few enquiries as to the status of my order.

Order placed on 25th Oct but rcvd 15th Nov. The website stated orders will be shipped between 5-7 days, however nowhere mentioned about a delay of 3 weeks. Overall satisfied otherwise

There was a shortage of 2023 1 oz Gold Britannia and we where original quoted a delivery date but due to issues with production it took a bit longer than we anticipated
We are fully stocked now which is normally the case but we are looking at changing our system to update our client base

Refreshing to get a personal touch
I was surprised to get such a personal touch on this purchase. A friendly lady rang me to inform me the order was on its way and then when I received the order, there was a handwritten note on the invoice which was nice. In a climate where most dealers are purely online and transactional based, it’s refreshing to experience this personal touch. I would definitely re-purchase from Bleyer bullion if I find another coin at the right price.
