J’ai voulu acheter un Epicooler en payant avec PayPal et je me retrouve avec 5 commandes non autorisées pour un montant de 425,74€ !! Toutes ont été débitées par l’entité « Commerce Core UAB » sur PayPal et par Checkoutetv sur mon compte bancaire. Je n’ai reçu aucune confirmation d’achat sachant qu’ils sont intervenus à 1-2 min d’intervalles. Parmi les achats il y 3 Epicooler + 3 mini+ 1 tv(!!). Je pense que le pblm se situe au niveau d’une case achats automatiques qui a été cochée par les hackers sur PayPal

commande non confirmée par moi et même annulée dans les 5 minutes avec paypal. La suite est comme déjà décrit par les autres rédacteurs. Debit effectué sur mon compte bancaire et même réponse d'Epicooler pour mes demandes de remboursement. Comment bloquer toutes ces Pubs....

This is a scam within first hour of placing order I tried to cancel as I read some reviews. I was told I couldn’t as the item had been processed. Since then I have been bombarded with 22 emails trying to get me to buy more products. The final one telling me I should have had 70% off but I only had 24 hours to claim this. I wonder how this would have worked as they took payment from my account on same day as order was placed they provide a tracking app. Which does not work have fallen for a scam in a bug way

It does not cool, it is a heater.

When you put in on "cool" and lower the thermostat it just is a fan.

If you check videos and reviews, nothing is explained under how it works because it does not cool, even using the vaporizer principle.

Their marketing is misleading and false, you are prevented from making reviews or comments by the author on videos supporting the Epicooler

This company is a scam! After many attempts at reaching customer service one gets a large number of sales emails for other products, no response via email to the issue and put on hold for so long that one hangs up.
Product has not arrived, nor can I get any shipping information. I am now assuming I have been scammed and will have to write off the $157. they charged me.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am now convinced that this is fraud. Today I received a promotional email stating they have had trouble with their system and due to the fact they cannot find my order they are offering me a 50% discount on other items.
I tried to respond to their email( not a pleasant response) and received a message from Google "email cannot be found". Response from their server was: 550 5.1.1 Address does not exist. H2cbnhYvsuU5
Also discovered they are in Lithuania, so recouping my money will not happen unless my CC with reverse the charges.

I purchased this item after seeing there advert,,,,what it showed was cold evaporation coming out of it....I thought it was efficient cold like air conditioning ,,but it don't get cold at all....fans are a lot cooler that that machine..very disappointing....gazza..

Didn't cool and noisy. This is probably a scam . Won't send return request. AI generated response? Called and put on hold for ever and not a single person answered. Probably won't get my money back.

J'ai commandé le 25 mai dernier un climatiseur portable en offre réduction, prix réglé 157,97e et débité de ma CB le jour-même. Depuis 9 jours maintenant, pas le moindre lien ou n° de suivi de ma commande. Aucune indication de date de livraison. J'ai pourtant eu quelques échanges mails avec ce site mais jamais de réponse à ma question LIVRAISON PREVUE QUAND... PAS de Facture non plus.
Ceci est peut-être une ARNAQUE ? Aucun avis à ce jour mais le site FRANCEVERIF le donne "PEU FIABLE"
