Terrible experience with customer service. I paid for the premium version through the website, my daughter registered using the right email and is still only able to use through the basic app not the premium one. My parent portal just says her email is waiting to subscribe but she has subscribed and not getting what I paid for. No help from customer services, no one to call or speak to. Emails now saying undeliverable on their support email. Frustrating.

It was really useful everything was there that you needed everything was also sectioned to make revision easier and the revision planning tool was really useful for planning and keeping on top and keeping track of progress I used the free version originally but upgraded because of how great it was defo wort my jt in my opinion would recommend to all especially those who struggle to stick to plan as they send you helpful reminders!!

adapt helps me manage my life as a full time A level student with a part time job and hobbies. I never feel overwhelmed by the workload i am given because adapt helps me to adapt to my lifesttle

Very useful for revising, especially for spacing revisions. It really helped me as I tend to procrastinate and never know what revision I should prepare.

Adapt helps me to actually revise the things I know instead of things I already know. The timetable helps to space out revision so I have time to have a break or just recap what I have just revised.

App is overall quite good BUT I feel like some of the content doesn’t match up with the spec/my class notes and the way they are grouped is sometimes confusing. It would be useful to have topic and subtopic numbers in front of topic subtitles. The overall lay out and idea of the app is very good. I paid for lifetime (around £200) before GCSEs and personally I would have rather bought a shorter subscription for cheaper to try it out as I feel it was NOT worth my money. The IDEA of the app is great but I feel it doesn’t suit my needs and requirements to the extent where I feel it is worth £200. Am I happy the adverts are gone? Yes. Is it nice to have full access to all features? Of course, but after almost 2 years and going into Y13, I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have paid £200 again if I knew I’d rarely ever use it.

I can find what i want easily and it arrives very quickly .

I wasn’t in year 11 all year and the use of adapt is what enabled me to pass most of my exams, I’ve always struggled with revising but adapt made it so much easier

Super easy and understandable to use, also really helpful for me as full-time student. Love the way they notify me with new information and the way their app and website settled.

it truly does adapt to your responses when answering questions on topics, and notifications ensure that you regularly practice and improve on yourself.

I found it very useful to compact my notes and find learning the curriculum easier as it didnt pump tons of info in my face all at once. It gradually built on basics of the subject. I also really liked the built in study schedule. It proved incredibly useful so i wasnt stressing each day.

Adapt genuinely makes it so simple to visualise and understand the A-level course and required content. It also makes it really easy to plan what requires revision and what needs less emphasis. I would definitely recommend to any student!
