Tom was absolutely brilliant from the moment we viewed the property. He kept us up to date and always got back to us straight away if we messaged him for an update. Our purchase went through in 9 weeks which we were very happy with.

Cannot rate Tom from Get an Offer any more! The day after viewing, Tom negotiated and agreed not only our offer (on my birthday!) but a whole chain and guided us all through to completion with no issues, he was always on hand for any questions and kept up an unexpected amount of communication. Awful estates agents with no scruples who claim their aim is to achieve a quick sale when in fact they could have achieved a solid sale weeks ago.

Weeks of time wasting encouraging me to increase my offer twice with the assurance further viewings would be cancelled. They back tracked, went ahead with the viewings and announced two more buyers now interested and it was a bidding war and a race to see who could reach exchange first!!!!!! Totally underhand and nasty game playing tactics. Calls are never returned. Very limited information on the property, back history to it didn’t add up either. Why would I book a full survey on a property at huge expense if I wasn’t sure beforehand the property was under offer to me. The incentive was that the seller would reimburse survey fees…lender survey fees! My lender survey is free! Then I could have the searches to the value of £350. The searches were over six months old so out of date - the cost for new ones £153! Had to keep ringing to find out where I stood with my offers,

Repeatedly ringing to find out where I stood with my offers, there was a total lack of transparency.

Claire was unresponsive and unable to find out any information I requested. Was initially told the property was sold to the sellers as a debt recovery to then be told the seller was a relocation service and it turns out GetAnOffer are in fact a trading name/company of the seller company.

Tom, a partner complained at having to work late to get an email out!

I didn’t confirm whether I intended to proceed with my offer or not and I never heard from them again!

Awful customer service.

Get An Offer is the most prepared Estate Agent I experienced so far. As a buyer, I went to view several properties but only Get An Offer provided additional details on the day of viewing.

After having my property on the market for sometime with many hills to climb especially through the pandemic Tom and Claire really helped make the sale possible with their reassurance and understanding.
I believe both of them and the team consistently went above and beyond even if I was a nag at many stages.
