They promised us this hotel with tickets for the water park. We were put in another hotel that was so nasty my kids refused to shower. The big issue was that it has been recoated a few times and its peeling. The ants and centipedes never stopped coming in at the front door. Maintenance brought me a can of roach spray to help the problem. WTF! The parking lot in front of my door was covered in slime from the mountain moisture seeping across the spaces. Our hour and a half visit took 6 hours and we finally had to stop them because my kids were starving. The food they offered was laking big time as well. Once we finished and asked about the Waterpark voucher they said that this green paper was all we needed. So when we got ready to drive back over to the hotel we where supposed to have been at from our nasty room at the River something the Waterpark acted like we needed something else. For the next hour I got the run around. However i met a few other families in there at the same time mad and for the exact same reason. One lady was even covered in bed bugs... then they sent a muscle head to talk to me. What a clown show...I could see they planned on burning me at that point so I was about to get loud. Luckily I held it together because when I looked behind me the sheriff was coming in for me... they called the cops. These liers omg and to think we really wanted to buy but we decided not to from just the hotel switch scam that was pulled. This thing is all a big scam. I have money not time... you've stolen my vacation time, thanks so much. You also gave me a non working 1-800 number. Message received, I'll look elsewhere i guess because Noone was interested in fixing the oops.

SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT GET SUCKED IN. THEY OFFERED ME TWO PLACES IN ORLANDO THEN CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME THAT POLICIES RECENTLY CHANGED YESTERDAY AND THAT THEY COULD NOT OFFER ME A ROOM IN ORLANDO AS THEY HAD JUST CHANGED IT FROM ONE ORLANDO RESORT TO ANOTHER. LITERALLY WITHIN 15 mins. FOR A TRIP I WAS TRYING TO ATTEND NEXT WEEKEND.

Advertised One location, but wanted to book for another location due to the location I picked the dates for being overbooked. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the false advertisement because I was able to select a location. Select the dates that I wanted. My money was with Drew and then told no that location is it available? We can send you here for more money.
