The whole process took a little longer than I was expecting. About 9 business days, which is nerve racking when making a large purchase of this nature. But the concierge team was extremely professional and responsive. The watch arrived just as expected after a multiple day authentication and I immediately took the watch to my local AD for a final look and everything was extremely trust worthy and legit.
