Ich kannte Getboost3d nicht. Ich habe Diese Firma durch Zufall gefunden, weil es ein Supplement was ich immer bei einem anderen Anbieter gekauft habe, dort nicht mehr gab. Ich war skeptisch, weil ich noch nie etwas von Getboost3d gehört hatte... und dann Vorkasse. Aber : Alles hat SUPER geklappt! Schnell und ordentlich. Ihr habt einen neuen Kunden :-)

Ich hab vor 2 Wochen dort bestellt,mit etwas Skepsis wegen der Bezahlmethode "Überweisung". Jedoch muss ich sagen, lief alles einwandfrei! Habe überwiesen und am übernächsten Tag war die Ware schon da!

Ich hab euch zweimal den Fall erklärt und darauf wurde nicht eingegangen. Das Paket wurde nicht an meinen Ablageort zugestellt und dafür habe ich auch Zeugen.

Hi Julian, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Wie bereits mit den Kundenservice zusammen festgestellt wurde, hast du bei DHL einen Ablageort angegeben.
Damit erteilst du dem Zusteller eine sogenannte Abstellgenehmigung. Das bedeutet, dass der Paketdienst die Sendung dort ohne persönliche Übergabe ablegen darf.
Sobald das Paket am vereinbarten Ablageort abgestellt wurde, gilt es rechtlich als zugestellt. Das Risiko geht in diesem Moment auf dich als Empfänger über.
Das heißt konkret:
Wenn das Paket nach der Zustellung am Ablageort verloren geht oder gestohlen wird, haftet in der Regel nicht der Versanddienstleister (z. B. DHL) und auch nicht der Händler.
Gerne können wir uns dazu aber auch nochmal per Mail mit dir in Verbindung setzen.
