I usually have an intermittent attack of “smelly bits” as my husband calls it. I know it happens but I try to ignore it. Wash shower use wipes but it still doesn’t go away. When I saw your advert I just had to try it. I am a pensioner and don’t have much money to spare but I think what I spent was worth every penny. I’ve had my cream just over a week and nothing. Even hubby has mentioned that he is happy that it is working. I’ve felt bad having “smelly bits” for many years. If only I had used this earlier !!

So far so good. I have been quite impressed at how much it has helped. The reason for 4 stars is that I have not been using it long enough to get long term effects.

Clairon solves the skin fold rash problem completely if you use it daily.
However, the intertrigo relief cream on Amazon is the Exact Same Formula! For way less money!
I ordered first from Clairon and received unmarked product followed by an email that stated "As we transition to our updated packaging design, some customers may still receive our previous version. Please don’t worry, the product, formula, and ingredients inside remain exactly the same."
This time I ordered from Amazon and got identical product.
It's a great product but you don't need to pay $54. for 2 tubes when Amazon carries it for $18.99.
The only challenge with the product is it needs to dry on your skin before getting dressed. You'll still need a strong fan or hair dryer. My skin is super sensitive but intertrigo cream prevents the rash!

So far so good. The rash seems to have settled a bit.
My only negative at this point is that it took weeks to arrive

I found this product to instantly sooth my soreness and redness under my breasts. I have been using the product for about a week now and have noticed a huge improvement in my symptoms.

The first time I used the cream, the itching went away almost immediately. I use the cream every day, first thing before getting dressed. I’m even sleeping better because there is NO itching during the night waking me up. I’m impressed!

I ordered this product with some skepticism as many I have previously tried did not hold up to their words. I received my product and followed instructions and was absolutely amazed at the results with the very first use. I would definitely recommend to anyone suffering with this condition.

I was very sceptical about this cream. I had a fungal infection really a stubborn one which didn't want to go away and I was struggling since last year September went to dermatologist and GP didn't work at all. This cream was a life changer. Thank you for a wonderful product.

1. El producto no es de la marca que anuncian
La crema llega en un envase que no lleva la marca Clairon. Está fabricada y enviada desde China. He comprobado que la misma crema, con el mismo packaging, se vende en AliExpress por unos 3,5 €. En Amazon, dos botes cuestan unos 10 €. Además, he visto que se comercializa con otros nombres distintos a Clairon, como Healora o Hoygi. En la práctica, parece ser un producto genérico reetiquetado como si fuese un precio mucho más alto.

2. La política de devolución no es lo que prometen
La web anuncia devolución en 60 días “sin compromiso” y “sin hacer preguntas”. En realidad:

* Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren por tu cuenta (hasta China).
* Solo aceptan devoluciones si el paquete no está abierto.

Eso significa que no puedes probar la crema para saber si te funciona. Devolverla sale más caro que pedirla, así que la devolución, en la práctica, no es viable.

3. Sin control ni aval sanitario
Lo más grave: no consta que este producto pase ningún control sanitario en Europa ni en Estados Unidos. En el pie de página de la web aparece este aviso (traducido del inglés):

“Estas afirmaciones no han sido evaluadas por la Administración de Alimentos y Medicamentos. Este producto no está destinado a diagnosticar, tratar, curar ni prevenir ninguna enfermedad.”

En otras palabras: nada de lo que prometen está demostrado ni avalado.

CONCLUSIÓN
No sé si la crema en sí funciona o no, pero comprarla en Clairon no tiene sentido: pagas varias veces más que en otras plataformas, no hay respaldo científico ni sanitario, y la devolución es prácticamente imposible si quieres probar el producto.

No lo recomiendo.

Order was slow being shipped but they kept me well-informed throughout. Just started using the product and so far it has been beneficial.

So far I'm happy with Clairon. The cream is easy to use and quickly absorbed.
I've only had it two days but the rash is already less red and irritated

Cream is working. I was expecting a bigger roll on bar.

I have tried most products on the market this one is best ever stops and feels so good against the skin . With regular use I will be happy with results
