I would give them zero stars. I ordered in December and still have not received the product. I sent many emails to ‘Olivia’ who sent me shipping links and promised it would be here soon. Now the website is down and the email address doesn’t exist anymore. So now I have to g through the whole reporting procedure now. So definitely can not be trusted. They’re thieves .

I ordered the lip oil stain from the Clovey site. It said my order would arrive in 3-5 days. After waiting two weeks I contacted the company and eventually a package arrived a few days later. However, what I received was not the lip oil stain I had ordered, but 'Lip Glow Oil - hydrating and plumping'. I contacted the company again, pointing out I received the wrong item and they replied it was the correct item. I contacted them on three further occasions asking for their returns and refund permissions as required by website. They never replied. As other reviews have said, AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Het product is niets meer dan een simpele lipgloss. Het doet absoluut niets meer dan dat. Geen enkele lipstain te zien.
In contact komen met het bedrijf en een reactie krijgen, duurt lang en moet je in volhouden.
Ze geven 30 dagen geld terug garantie, maar na maanden contact hebben met ze, geven ze aan dat het terugnemen van het product niet hygienisch is. Alleen is dat is niet wat ze aanbieden op de website: daar geven ze garantie tot een "refund" bij ontevredenheid.

Ik zal dus zeker niets meer kopen hier. Deze eigenaar liegt over de voorwaarden en verkoopt iets wat niet werkt.

NOT a lip stain. Just very badly scented lip oil, of wrong colour. Why I didn’t check reviews outside of their website… which is 100% positive fake reviews, of course.

This site is a scam. Will claim to send out goods and then lie about it being rejected by a locker and will re deliver. Avoid like the plague

It doesen't do what it promises. Not making lips plump, it is just a non colored lip oil.

Nooit het product mogen ontvangen!
Heel veel heen en weer gemaild maar hier is niks uitgekomen alleen maar valse beloftes!
Hele slechte service!!
Koop aub niks bij deze oplichters echt zonde van je geld en energie!

It is a scam!!!!
I purchased 4 different color lip oil-stains. After applying the oil, it has a little bit of color, not much, and after removing the oil, there is no stain color left behind as they advertise.

I tried to get in touch with the company through their contact email : @getclovey and in reply to their tranaction email : @t.shopifyemail.com, but no response. I just want to return these 4 products and get my money back!

I received one item when expected 2. Got in touch with customer services and was told I only ordered one (which I know I didn't). Despite multiple emails asking for another item to be dispatched or to return item i have for full refund i have heard nothing. This has been ongoing since startnof month. Avoid doing business!!
