I truly felt heard and understood.

cancelled my order months ago it auto renewed anyway. sent back the package and still haven't received a refund.

I really loved the Dr I spoke with. She was really kind and understanding. I would have given 5 stars because of her, she was amazing. The experience was super easy and i was so happy, but I'm still waiting for my script to get shipped and it's been 3 days now.
So 1 star for the pharmacy. 1 star for live chat. Live chat told me they'd get it done yesterday, when I actually gotll someone on there. I've tried chat several times and only once was someone available and we got disconnected. I'm not happy that the pharmacy is holding my script I paid over $300, 3 days ago and now it's the weekend. Funny how they're so efficient until they get your money.

You have improved the process over the last month. I tried at the first of February to get an on-line consult and refill my prescription but the process was useless. I tried again yesterday and things went smoothly.

The NP was very informative, asked a lot of questions, didn’t just see dollars signs and approve me, she listened and made sure there was an actual need for the product before approving me. I appreciate that she takes it seriously because medication shouldn’t be handed out like candy, and I appreciate her asking so many questions about my health and expectations. Should also be noted that this website is linked directly from the legitimate Contrave webpage, and is a legitimate source. The pricing is doable even if you have no insurance, and it’s a far safer medication than others being pushed right now not approved by the FDA.
