Quality is great and lead times was fast.

Everything was good! In time with a great design. My terms was really narrow but we managed to deliver sign before the event. More over, I was ordering from absolutely different time zone and manager helped me to wake up to approve design, as we need to do that ASAP regarding time boundaries.

Recommend!

We love our custom neon sign! Ours is for personal use in our backyard outdoor bar.

I love my sign! It came carefully packed from halfway around the world. The look of it exceeds expectations. Super bright but dimmable with the remote, which does some lighting effects, too. Also, these folks were super responsive beforehand and got the custom design just right.

I described my vision to the crew, and the artists made my vision come to live, in bold amazing colors! Can't thank you enough. I love my "neon" sign.

I worked with a designer to custom create neon signs for an event and they turned out PERFECT! Loved the experience and the end product!

We bought I white neon sign to hang in a street window. Sign came quick, it was exactly like what we had ordered. I wish I needed more neon signs. I made an address error and they worked hard to immediately fix it. Customer support was fantastic! I definitely recommend.

Perfect! Loved the sign. Will be doing a bigger custom sign in the future

So much fun. This gadget does everything. I had no problem designing the sign. My husband hung it over our bed in a few minutes It’s really dramatic at night, making the room and all its contents purple/pink. The strobe is a bit much in a small space. I love the fact I can set it to turn off and reduce the volume of light

I cannot recommend Get Custom Neon Signs enough! They speed in which they were able to get my custom design back to me was less than 24 hours, my sign was very large and arrived in less than 2 weeks of my initial inquiry. The package arrived and was so well protected. When I opened the box it was better than expected. Beautiful work and I loved it so much I’m in the process of ordering a second sign. Highly recommend!

The customer service was really the 5-star experience here. Responsive and helpful, they rushed to get the order done to make our deadline. They were happy to accommodate requests and changes. The neons were great for our event, although the yellow and orange did look very similar in color. But, overall I would highly recommend ordering!

I decided to order a neon sign for my wife's birthday.
I placed the order on July 4th, a national holiday, right? I received an immediate response from an actual human at 8:03 p.m. that very evening (who works on July 4th???). I explained that I would like to receive the sign by July 11th and was told they would "try our best to make it happen by then". The sign arrived on July 12th (not bad, considering the sign was fabricated in China!) and I was able to track the sign's journey -- when it left the facility, and its various stops along the way. The neon sign matched my design specs, looks great, works great, and comes with two remotes which allow for a variety of brightness levels and effects (or "modes"). I would definitely order from Custom Neon Signs again.

I was pleasantly pleased with my custom neosign for my husband's media room. It was everything that I could hope for with the quality and skill that was put into the workmanship. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this company. My husband loved it.

I couldn't be happier with the sign and the customer service. I had a custom sign made and had many changes and resizing and they are amazing response always came and they worked with me even shipment came fast I would recommend this company

As promised delivery. The first sign was damaged and customer service immediately sent another one. Love the promptness and attention.

They are the absolute best!!!! I have been a repeat customer for quite some time now, and I have purchased many items from them for my businesses and home....every experience is amazing! Packed to arrive safely and fast shipping every single time!! Quality work! I highly recommend them!*****

Beautiful sign, and my clients are very happy! This is for a commercial application for a juice bar, and while I haven't seen it hung on the wall yet, it looks great in the box. Can't wait to see it installed.

Great quality and always arrives on time for our events. We use them multiple times a year for different events and there support is really quick and helpful!

Highly recommend.

Custom Neon made the experience of customizing and ordering a sign super easy and enjoyable. They were super quick on getting back to me with the mock sketch of the design and were super good about making a couple small adjustments after! I absolutely love the turn out of my custom neon sign. I highly recommend

From the cost to the speed and quality of the product , your product is the best.
This was an outdoor activation for Vitamin water and the neon was the best part
