I was very surprised to find out i was locked into a subscription for this product. I must say, it isn't very clear when ordering product how you were signing up. I was very surprised to find out that another 3 months supply was on its way. I contacted company immediately to clarify the situation. Customer Service was extremely helpful and tried hard to stop the product being sent. Unfortunately they were too late to stop it. They were quick to keep me posted on progress and cancelled subscription. I honestly can say the product doesn't work or assist in sleeping. But the company has been open, honest and efficient with communication with client.

Ordered my product 12 days ago. Still hadn't been shipped. No response to emails until I contacted PayPal for a refund. Some bogus tracking number that hasn't been activated for days . Very slow response, they are ignoring most of my emails when I said cancel the product. Where are they shipping from? It's nutso. Pathetic company awful customer service seems like a scam company.

Gorgeous nighttime drink. Was expecting a kind of grainy texture but it's smooth and more-ish. Unfortunately it is really expensive when buying from Australia and I probably won't be able to continue.

Was sceptical at first since it doesn't have melatonin as I've used that for years, however the side-effects of grogginess etc was always so annoying. And with the new studies that have came out I was truly worried of the long-term side-effects.

I've tried multiple alternatives to melationin-based supplements before, never really found anything that truly works.

But Dreama has really exceeded my expectations, I've only drank it for a month (it's really delicious), and Im sleeping better than ever before.

I’m very happy with this product, first and foremost. It certainly helps me sleep better. It tastes so good and yet healthy. The customer service is great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Customer service was honestly spot on. I had a couple of questions about the product and got a reply almost straight away.

Delivery was super quick and the product does exactly what it says. Me and my wife are really happy with it.

Ordering and delivery was great. I had a question after tasting because it was so sweet I wondered what was in it. But they answered within hours and explained that Glycine is the sweet taste but it’s an important ingredient for other reasons. I’ve read that it helps the magnesium to work. So I will get used to the sweetness. Haven’t been taking long enough to know if it works yet.

Although the product didn't work for me I was super impressed by the excellent customer service and their lack of hesitation in honouring the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.
