agressief rijgedrag
Get Driven meermaals gebruikt om van en naar de bandencentrale te rijden voor bandenwissels. Steeds agressief rijgedrag. Dit zowel op de weg als op de parkingzone. Ook na eerdere meldingen hiervan blijft dit aanhouden. Geen aanrader dus!
Ook wagens terugplaatsen op dezelfde parkingzones lijkt hen niet te lukken.

I downloaded the app yesterday
I downloaded the app yesterday. Paid in front for credits and I can't Log in. It gives constantly an error. It's says the app is not working. Even when you log in through the website. Can you help me please? I 'eed a driver tomorrow.

not the best working conditions
I am a driver for this company and they always pay my wages late. also they promise numerous incentives but there are none. drivers should be fine with everything but are treated poorly and scolded by the management

We are sorry to hear this. Your feedback could be sent over to the management and we strongly suggest you do. However, we have not once paid salary later then the contract indicated unless due unforeseen circumstances that were out of our reach f.e. server issues at the social secretary. Concerning the incentives; we have spent over €100.000 in incentives per year the last year. The trophycars are put on hold due to a serious accident which is currently under investigation. We are releasing a bunch of new incentives soon. Hoping to have informed you a little more this way, however sending us this feedback directly would have been more efficient.

Jammer dit te lezen en onze excuses voor het ongemak. Echter uit onze communicatie blijkt dat u deze service geboekt heeft, daarna geannuleerd en last minute toch terug heeft willen inplannen wat helaas al te laat was. Onze kantoren waren op moment van contactname reeds gesloten.

Joined yesterday, membership fee instantly went off however I have not been able to log into my account.
Have logged 3 online queries with no response other than automated reference numbers.
Also called and got told another agent would phone me back, still nothing.

We do not work with membership fees. Our app is completely free and you are only billed when you have effectively done a ride. Our company is based in Belgium and we see that you are based in South Africa. We know that there is also a company in Cape Town that offers private drivers, which by the way also operates under the name 'Get driven' (https://www.getdriven.co.za/) But we have no affiliation with them. May I therefore kindly ask you to remove this review.

In eerste instantie lijkt dit een out-there idee om te doen - na mijn eerste ervaring helemaal overtuigd. Geen tijdverlies op een drukke werkdag; heel vriendelijke chauffeur, stipt. Gewoon een topervaring.
